The staff here is so friendly and helpful! I always find what I need. Its clean! The staff is knowledgeable about animals. Always answers my questions. I love this place.

They were either super nice or thought I looked suspicious lol. I will go with super nice and friendly for sure.

Just bought a pet bunny from Petland and she is wonderful! The staff was helpful but they seemed a little overburdened. It must be the season for new pets

They are very kind and professional here. They rescue all of their dogs and cats and make sure they go to a great home. I would highly recommend this place.

Great store! After visiting another petland earlier in the day, my first impression of the company was not a good one.however i was looking for a specific bird so i made the trip from the previous store straight to the norwin location and the comparison was like night and day!

the norwin store was full of employees, customers and life. Arizona helped me out, she answered all my questions very professionally and passionatly, when she did not know the answer to a question, she contacted someone who knew, and then helped me. Incredible sales associate! You made a returning customer out of me.i WILL be back! =)

Absolutely love this petland. I stick to mostly the saltwater fish and coral. The employees are very informative and helpful! I usually end up talking to Tyler that works with the fish and he is absolutely great answers all my questions or if I need help. Definitely recommend going!

Love Petland.they allow you to pet the small animals and the tortoise is awesome.my grandkids love going there.

Very well trained staff, every product I've needed for cats, dogs and lizards. They even have a giant turtle who roams the store you can pet.

Just be careful of the finches, they seem to like to lure you in and bite. Nothing pet land can do, but it's definitely a good thing to remember if you try to pet the birds.

Best Petland I've ever been to. They actually had rescue dogs instead of puppy mill dogs. The selection in general was fun and to see the big tort wondering the store was so fun!

This store has rescue puppies, mostly from a shelter in Alabama and other states, I believe. To adopt a puppy the fee is 600$. Older dogs are less. Overall we have always had a great experience and I do think they care about their pets and customers. We personally use their doggy daycare, which is wonderful! They have something like 10k sq ft of space for the pups. It's huge and my dog LOVES going there.

Huge selection and best prices. Owners and staff are very helpful and friendly. It's clear to see they love what they do. I have been to many pet stores but with Petlands selection, cleanliness and knowledgeable staff I won't go anywhere else! Highly recommend! Great local business!

I get my feeder rats/mice for my 2 ball pythons here. Recently had to purchase a heating bulb as well since the one I had burned out. The staff noticed immediately I was looking for something and approached with the intent to help. He did great. Seemed knowledgeable. There aren't many places around here to get live feeders. The places where you can get them aren't as personable. Definitely a good place to be

I got my cockatiel from here about 9 months ago. She is the SWEETEST bird I have ever owned. She loves to cuddle with me and sit on my shoulder while I'm around the house. The employees there are also very kind and answered all questions I had!

I am very impressed with the wonderful atmosphere at Petland.
The associates are extremely helpful and it is obvious that they really care for pets.
I will continue to shop there.

We go here to get live crickets for our leopard gecko, really cheap and easy to get. Staff is always quick to ask if you need help and they're pretty knowledgeable about what they sell and pet care in general. I love how they have the small animals out in the box cages so you can pet and see them like hamsters rabbits ferrets guinea pigs and some birds too. Also the owners huge tortoise that roams around the store, he's really cool! They have grooming services, daycare, and boarding too. I have never used any of those but they do have them. Their website is just informative only, they don't sell anything on the website so you have to go to the store. They have a good selection of pet supplies for all pets.

They have a HUGE variety of animal stuff here. All different kinds of animals! Very nice, clean and well kept store! They also have a Massive turtle named Sheldon, that just roams the store. He is amazing! Customer service is everything you could want! Everyone is very helpful, polite and informative! Great place to make purchases and just to look around! Highly recommend stopping in to check it out!

I have been using Petland Norwin for my boarding needs for about a year. The staff is amazing with my dog! I have never had any problems with their services and would definitely recommend!

All the girls here are so friendly, knowledgable and helpful! Kaitlyn in particular has gone above and beyond with her customer care! We put a down payment on a bird who isn't ready to come home yet and she has been keeping us updated on him. She has sent photos and videos! If you are interested in getting a pet, they take extra care of theirs and their customer service is impeccable! I highly recommend!

I want to give a big shout-out to John the groomer at petland in norwin Towne square he's absolutely fantastic patients loving and kind he groomed my puppy today and my puppy had never been groomed he's a year old John was very very good I think everyone should take their dog to John at petland thank you for being so kind for my dog
