When you visit a restaurant, your preference is to be properly greeted with a good morning, good afternoon or evening, obviously depending on the time of day. As long as Kim does not attend to you, you most likely will be greeted with respect. I had the unfortunate experience of sitting in her section. After minor interaction with Kim, I promptly moved to a different section. Luckily Brooklyn was there to save the day. Thank you Brooklyn.
My breakfast was prepared promptly and it was was tasty. Coffee was hot and plentiful.
Would have given 5 stars, but Kim ruined it for me.

Most parking lots were for reservation only.that's not right putting on drivers that first comes first serve rushing spirit

Clean! Laundry room is clean. $3 per machine to wash and dry. Dryers are 45 minutes but don't seem to dry a regular load in 45 minutes. Very good food. Pleasant staff and clean showers. A regular stop for us.

Very nice. Definitely on the upper end of truck stops. Lots of parking too! Many amenities and a great Iron Skillet restaurant. Enjoy your stay.

Yet another Petro where 50% of the parking is Reserved. I’m here at 1600 and everyone’s packed in because they can’t use half the truck stop. This is getting out of control

Might want to send someone out to move trucks out of the isles so people who parked legally can get out when their break is up. Might need to do it by 3 am

Fuel way to high. Service to slow.parking a disaster. Food at fuel desk hot and better than inside.

Petro Kenly is awesome, we always like stopping here. Good restaurant and a great chrome shop/parts.

They have a lot of options inside, even a barber. Yesterday's problem was that the shower system was down so after getting our shower credits we had to wait to be called. The problem: no time stamp, no names called. When a shower was ready the attendant simply said "next". Honor system. They should have a time stamp or call out the names in order.

Reserved parking is an over kill. The store, restaurant and showers were good. I was put a list to get a PM on my truck at 10: 30 am. At 4 p.m. They finished my truck. Drove it to where I had dropped my trailer and started to idle the truck. 2 minutes later it shut off. They forgot to tighten the bowl on the fuel filter.

Lots of parking but they let you park anywhere in front of parked trucks making it difficult. Must be nice for people with no regard for others

Been in line at the shop for 5 hours vwith only 1 trk ahead of me for tire replacement and a air line repair gave the attendant all my info and when bill time arrived it was as if I hadn't given them any info
Point is if you want repeat customers then hire people that can do the job

Only truck on the fuel island and been here 15 mins and the manager is asking me to leave while RL has been here just as long and nothing was said to. I smell a bigot!

I bought 4 pieces of fried chicken, in the diesel pump area, were the big trucks gas up, at the kitchen. I found two hairs inside, at the bottom of the clear plastic container, with the chicken. One hair is one to many, but two? It makes me wonder if there was any hairs mixed in with the batter of the fried chicken. Not only do they need to be reported to the health inspector, but they also need to be reported to their manager. Only one out of four people behind the counter, was working. The other three were sitting and standing there, talking to each others about a personal situation that they were going through, not bothering to ask the line in front of me if there was anything they could help us with. I was there right around 3: 30 to 4pm

Generally a lot of parking, get in early for a good spot. Fuel island has decent food options before 9pm, but like all truck stops it is pricey for what you get.

It's ok. Absolutely nothing wrong with my visit except. THE ENTIRE FREAKING FRONT ROW OF PARKING IS RESERVED PARKING. I don't mind folks making money, good for them. I do mind however, when it goes way too far. It's not like this place doesn't make money hand over fist to begin with, but now they have decided to dig a little deeper into the pockets of the drivers. Look, I'm all for having reserved parking. I use it quite often, but This is too much reserved parking.

Need to update the point system, I dont fuel at these due to the points are much better at loves and fly j TA system and there store is lost in the 70s

Huge lot, busy shop. Good stop. I spent 3 hours there and left with 2 trailer tires. Honestly the worst thing about this place is the "those drivers". The Lazy, trash throwin, hatefilled, big ego- little exsistance drivers out there that ruin things for other drivers. No fault of ta-petro, nice staff

Petro is failing Americans back bone charging to park while company drivers lost perdium due to Trump's new tax plan drivers are having a hard time feeding there families and here Petro charges to park vary disrespectful to our country
