The best shop I've ever been to. Fast punctual reliable.and most importantly didn't try to rob me.

This is a very nice place to take a break. This truck stop is clean and it has a Doctor that does chiropractor massage and DOT. Physical here Monday though Fridays. There is very good Pizza asandwich and the restaurant is open. There's abbabra shophere

Plenty of showers and not overly busy. Usually fairly quiet. The restaurant has a decent cook. Don't bother coming here if you need to do laundry. The credit card swipers don't work well. The app doesn't open if not already downloaded. Quarters are usually rejected or eaten by the washers and dryers. They charge 3.25 to was on heavy.

Well I’m a female trucker and it already irks me that most women that work in the stores treat the men differently than women. But this morning I go into the store and there is blonde chick standing at the register. I walked in she never greeted me and to make matters worse she was on her phone the whole time she was ringing me up. She finished ringing up the order and Pushes the bag towards me so I waited and after a couple minutes of her laughing and talking I just asked her if she was finished. She never gave me my total until I said that. I think that was very bad customer service and she needs more training. Because who ever was on the phone should have been put on hold as soon as I approached that register. Never again. I will just go to the PILOT a mile up the road from here at least they a little more friendly. I gave 3 stars because there is a lot of free parking here and I always find a spot to rest

Great truck parking for the weary driver. Their restaurant has gone down in service. No more buffet that means no more holiday buffet! They offer all you can eat holiday dinners, but it’s not the same. The food on the fuel island is crazy overpriced like all T/A’s / Petros. But if your looking just to grab a buttered hard roll at the fuel island they have them. I really miss their buffet with the all you can eat soup and salad as they had nice variety.

Pulled in to fuel up and discovered I had a hole in my fuel tank. Spilling diesel everywhere, the staff quickly came out to assist. They guided me to a spot to park my rig and the mechanics helped me cap my fuel lines so I could get rolling and make it back home to NY safely. The professionalism and courtesy was above and beyond.

Shower fans needed cleaned. The laundry room was a disaster. Was told they don't clean it. It's the laundry peoples job? REALLY? It's in your building. I use to like this truck stop. Not so much now.

The shop itself is well stocked, clean and has a nice restaurant attached, so it is a shame that their management treats customers in an entirely unacceptable, unprofessional and unkind fashion. The way the woman claiming to be "management" treated me and my children was not with common human courtesy, and she refused to help us in a way that is simply policy in shops and public establishments. Reading some other reviews it appears I'm not the only one to encounter this brand of "service" here. If you want to go somewhere that has a reasonable and friendly atmosphere, avoid this stop. Down the road a little further is an unfortunately smaller and less well stocked Pilot travel center, but at least you're back in the land of what you expect from human interaction there.

Reserve parking is a joke. I Paid for reserve parking at 5: 20pm on the TruckSmart App. I got there at 12: 15am. All spots were taken, no spots. So I look at app for previous day because it’s 12: 15. Says it has 9 available. This is second time this happened. So don’t plan on a spot here if you reserve it. And reserve it has recorded on phone when you call that says “assured your spot will be saved”

This review is for shop and their personal! I called them before arriving to ask about oil change. Line was 1 truck ahead, when I arrived 12: 30pm, they told what in around 1 hour they will take in for oil change. I spend 1,5 hour around and I came in the shop to see why they didn't call me, but answer was to wait another 2 hours to get in. Is a scam place and a liars what doesn't respect your time and money!

Major truck stop that has everything, but it's a little bit of a hassle to get there from i-81 north. It looks like it's right a the exit from the highway but you have to go around a circular exit then through 2 rotaries, then up a steep hill. For cars, make a sharp left, trucks go to the right.

Yes I've been to the barber here too, guy did a great job. If you need a good haircut go there. Also when I went to the restaurant there the waitress was great, pork chop was good too.

I bring my RV here for pump outs. The staff has to unlock it. The gas pump, for some reason, only pumps 1 gal per minute

This Petro is unique, the people who work in the workshop have a sense of belonging, it is very difficult for them not to solve the problem, the ease and knowledge they have, especially Francisco (cisco), is incredible, I recommend them 100%, thank you all very much.

Lots of parking, blindside but angled like most TAs. Has the best barbershop I've ever been to, the proprietor is a super cool dude and does an amazing job with a haircut and cleaned up my beard, eyebrows, and ears. Best haircut I've ever had can't say enough good things about the whole experience. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.
