PetSmart, Erie PA

This store should not carry GloFish bettas. They're wildly overpriced, so they sit there in tiny plastic tubs for months. I first saw GloFish bettas there this week and it was plain to me that they'd been there much too long. I hope the management will mark them way down to move them & then order no more.

The workers are absolutely disrespectful and seems like they have no idea what is going on in that store at all 100 percent will never be back disgusting management in that place pityful

Today I came in to look to purchase a gold fish. I got all the supplies I needed. Once I asked the lady to get the gold fish for me she refused too and said my tank was too small for the fish. She said I needed a 50 dollar tank for it. She said it needed 3 gallon tank because it grows, the fish only grows to the size of the tank. Personally I don’t think the worker had the right not to sell me a fish or tell me I needed to buy more things. I think it’s unprofessional and I will take my business to another pet store who will sell me what I want.

I am a pet lover and so this is one of my favorite places to go. I have several different types of animals and have always been able to find what I need for each one. If I can't find it the staff knows and will not just tell me how to find it, they take me to it. It is located in a large plaza type area, right off of peach street. Lots of parking, so you can always get a good spot.
Today was the very first time they didn't have what I was looking. But they had just run out of feeder fish for my turtles. Not a problem though I just got smaller ones.

I feel as my pet was treated unfair he had an appointment to be groomed for the first time but because he was shy he was denied services meanwhile watched a dog that had been previously groomed dragged back for services definitely feel as race played a part ️️️

Everyone at PetSmart was very helpful and very friendly they answered all of Jenn's questions concerning her new kitten we will be returning there again soon

Employees have no knowledge of anything and do not have customer service etiquette. The variety isn't as good as other places but yet it is much more expensive. Petco is better.

Selection and easy but I dont think there's a more expensive option for pet supplies. The grooming team does a good job with our dogs nail trimming and always quick.

Great selection reasonable prices, they always have what I need. They get special kudo's for having adoption ready cats from local shelters. No puppy or kitten mill.just a great outreach for rescues!

I am delighted to have meet with Brian whole shopping for a new fish tank. Brian was knowable and very accommodating, to open the box and checked that everything was there. Later that night I had called the store thinking that my light did not work. Once again i spoke with Brian. He assured me I could come in and get a replacement. Well later that night I figured out what I had done wrong and my light was working. I called the informed them of my mistake.

Reasonable prices and there are often good finds in the various clearance sections. Generally pleasant staff and you can typically find some type of adoption event available on weekends.

My dog, Zeke, gets his nails clipped and ground every 2 to 3 weeks. The service is quick, courteous and professional.

Great places, not as cheap as Amazon, but you cant touch the items or let your pet choose there own toys. That's right you can bring your pets right on in.

This store has great staff! They are always friendly and helpful. Competitive pricing and will match the price on certain stores. Has alot in stock, and alot of variety of pet supplies to choose from.

For a chain store this one is pretty good. Sadly this is about as good a pet store as Erie is going to get. Prices are fair and selection is generally good.

It's okay but employees need to stick to doing their job and mind their business. My experience was ruined by one girl who basically chases me and my boyfriend around the store every time we are there. Honestly petco is way better.

Horrible prices. Not worth the price matching work you will do. Walmart has all you need for pets.

The place was great and the people were nice however some of the products not so great, for instance the water bottle that came with my cage leaked so bad I had to take it out of the cage. Also the tubes I bought to go with my cage didnt fit apparently they are for a different cage.

Friendly and helpful staff, great selection of products and supplies, pet friendly. Bring your furry friends!
