I love going to Petsmart! I highly recommend getting the app, as you can earn coupons and rewards!

Its nice its employees are helpful and considerate. The animals are clean and responsive. Fish sometimes have a high mortality rate. Everything else is pleasant

Very bad service took my pet in for pictures and never received them and they deleted it so I wasn’t able to get them

Love the seasonal pet supplies. Everything is easy to find. Just wish some dog beds were lower to reach.

The management is great! We drove about an hour and a half to get there and we were treated great! The manager (didn’t get his name) (dark hair, glasses and small build) was super nice and extremely helpful! The guy in the aquarium section (Brad) was great too! Thank you so much for all of your assistance! You truly made it worth the trip! I highly recommend this place!

If I could give this place less than a1, I would. To note I don’t normally do reviews but felt compelled based on several experiences in the last month.
Santa bought our 9 year old son a gift card and fish tank for Christmas. So he was naturally super excited to go and pick out fish

We go there a few days after and all lights are off on the tanks and an employee literally looks at myself and my son and says if you are looking for fish we aren’t selling them today because I’m too busy. After about 15 min he was nice and explained some things to my son about a freshwater tank. He told us to come back in a few days to have the water tested so that we can add fish.

Attempt two at fish 5 days later and we were met with yet another rude employee who tried to tell us we needed at least 6 weeks before adding fish and point blank told my son if he added fish they would all die. He tested the water after we insisted and “allowed” us to buy 2 fish. Meanwhile the person behind us in line is scoring 50 or sold gold fish to feed to a freaking alligator. Seriously people these are fish! I think it’s harder to buy fish then a puppy.

Attempt number three two weeks later and boom lights are off in the tanks and were told it’s too cold to sell them. Ok people we are taking them home in a warm car. So we left and went to Petco and will never buy another animal item from here again! I don’t care if we have a 100.00 gift card. We are taking our business to a place that actually wants to sell fish.

To note all of our fish that we bought at another store are alive and well!

Pet friendly, Pet store! Staff was great! Except for 1 but that doesn't change my overall happiness for the store! Highly recommend

What a horrible pet store this is very limited stock in the store. Shopping for anything in the Aquarium department is hopeless. Cats in the adoption room seem like they are being used for bait to bring people in.

Decent store to find what you need. Sometimes the prices are higher than you'd like but overall has everything you'd need, plus adoption services are always coming in so you can find new friends

Store is huge! Has a lot of products, but unfortunately it's expensive. Some might say overpriced.

I was wandering around looking for assistance. No one was to be found so I asked cashier to get me someone. Person was not very helpful (was purchasing a hamster). I wanted to see the hamsters to see their demeanor and better pick one suited for me. I was told they were burrowed, which I could see that. So I was left to just pick the only hamster that was visible. Wasn't allowed to have contact with it. Employee just scooped up hamster and tossed into box. Did not seem very personable or to care for animals much. Only went there because Pet Supplies was out of hamsters I can see how much they care for the animals. Will not go back here

Good prices but seems to close early but would choose over Petco they close at 6 because they don't have enough employees so I would choose Pet Smart or Petland in N. Huntington for sure.

I had horrible costumer service, we went one night to look at fish and hamsters, we were not allowed to purchase any live animals due to low temperatures we asked “how warm dose it have to be to purchase a animal” they said 20 degrees we came back the next day and the signs were still up we said hey we were told we could purchase and animal if it was 20 degrees and up. This lady came up with the worst attitude and said ya not we don’t do that if the wind chills below 30. I was like that was not what I was told.she said well that’s what we do she said i have had many birds and hamsters die when walking outside i was like in my head well what do you do when you have to move and you have hamsters in the middle of winter and they can die from being to hot to do I was frustrated at this point and we said ok we went to look for a cage and we asked do you have this in store she came up rolled her eyes and was like well the cages we sell her are not appropriate for hamsters were like ok well do you have it she’s like well what kind of hamster are you getting I was like oh we don’t know yet she was not happy and i said can you at least look she said well if it’s not on MY shelf then I don’t have it i was like ok.we ended going to petco asking to buy a hamster the guy who helped me was so nice and happy he helped me with a cage and took his time carefully getting the hamster out and they have a 30 day free return if something ends up being wrong.we said about the experience at pet smart he looked at me like what! What’s rediculace he said not true.

The ladies in the grooming salon haveso much patience with the dogs when they are frightened and trying to break free. Thank you for your help.

I took my dog there for a "PAWdicure" and when I got home I realized they'd just trimmed her nails and ground them down very roughly, like they didn't know what they were doing. They did not clean her ears, shave her paw pads, or even do the scented cologne spritz or bandana like is supposed to be included
