PetSmart, Chambersburg PA

The person working in the fish department was fairly knowledgeable and kind but the inventory on live fish wasn't the greatest

It was nice to walk in and have an employee right off say hi. It was also nice to have someone at the fish counter to help us without waiting for an employee to figure out you are waiting. I hope this keeps up.

I love it here. I take my girl here every month at least to pick a toy. They're always so nice to her and thats a big thing for me because my dog is my best friend!

Both of my dogs have had good experiences in this store. The people working in the grooming salon are very professional and take their time to provide each pet with great service. My dog is afraid of dryers and they took their time with him to use a handheld hair dryer and towel him off. If you ask for nail grinding they will file the nails nice and smooth! The people working here all seem to be pet lovers so they will comfort your pet throughout the grooming process. A friend of mine also recommended training classes at this store and they are great for young and older dogs.

They're always friendly, kind, and helpful here. They host cats from animal shelters in the area and give a coupon book with lots of deals that far exceed the adoption fees.
Only thing they could improve is having a second cashier, every time I've been here it's one person struggling to keep up with the line and the wait is long.

Fish were all sick, on top of walked around entire store 16 times and NO HELP to be found whatsoever. Do better. Joke of a store

We drove to PA to get a puppy and this was our first stop once we got her. She was car sick 3 times on the way to the store after getting her and was very scared. I walked right into the salon with her and the ladies there got us right in for a puppy bath and even trimmed her nails. To go a step further, they sprayed her with a lavender mist to help her be more calm and were cradling her like a baby when I came in to get her. The level of care they had for us as one time only customers being from more than 10 hours away really shows they love what they do. I hope this review makes it to the lovely ladies who made my new puppy's journey home a little easier for her! Thank you!

Pretty decent chain location. Frozen mice are way too expensive, but they price match Chewy for cat food, so that's good.

Great groomers who listen and cut my dog just right each time. I always find great products in the store at decent prices. They have lots of amazing finds for Christmas right now. I went in to get my dog groomed and ended up with a few cute shirts for him and lots of treats!

UPDATE: My dog got fleas at the groomers here.

Careful with the grooming here.my dog is incredibly clean and bathed often. We took him for basic bath and fingernails… came back and 2 days later had mange mites. No doubt got them there. He has never had it before. Not very … sanitized.

We have been turned away twice now for grooming because our dog has a cyst. They refuse to groom her because it "could" open. Not that it's open, but that it could. We have an Australian Shepard so grooming her ourselves is not an option. I do not recommend.

I was surprised at how clean the store was. And they had plenty of employees on the floor as well as at the register's. Very enjoyable shopping experience.

Have both of my boys groomed here (3yr old Chug and 8mo American cocker spaniel) they do a great job, fair price and quick turn around time. I believe misty is our groomer, she's fantastic!

Having received a companion dog since my last dog dies long before PetSmart was in business, I found it to be a godsend for me. Everything I needed, including PetVet on site. Certainly a huge upgrade from years ago going to several stores and buying stuff from an expensive Veterinarian!

The employees are always super kind. I've witnessed customers be insanely rude to cashiers here and they're able to maintain a level head.kudos to all yall!

They have some super cool aquarium ornaments. Pirate Ships and bridges and treasure chests and sunken planes and skull caves and all kind of cool stuff.

This place is amazing, great customer services and they try to help you as much as they can, if you ever have a question ask for Matt he will make sure he help you.

This is the first time I have used this PetSmart location as we recently moved to the area. I was delighted to be able to make a grooming appointment within 2 days. The salon is exceptionally clean and the groomers are friendly and efficiently. The overall appearance of the store is that it is very clean and organized and the staff is friendly and attentive.
