Was disappointed with selection of fish tanks and parrot toys. Clean and employees were nice, prices were competitive

Wish the beta fish has proper equipment but I understand that's just a corporate problem and not specific store issue.for this specific store, it was nice, no complaints and nice workers.

Blanca does a fantastic job every time and I will continue to bring my pet, Darla, to her! She's very kind, careful, and did exactly what I asked for in Darla's cut. 11/10

Love this store because our dogs don’t have to stay home but I shop sale prices and clearance most times

I take my dogs there but I'm disappointed cause I feel that they are treated differently I just notice today that they give other dog like a bandana for boy and I believe for girl maybe a bow and one of the dental bone but not to my dogs that is not right I pay like the other people I will make sure I say something next time and I love all 4 like if they were my kids not dogs

Semi clean and organized.staff wasn't very attentive or helpful and purchase or adoption was limited. I wasn't overall impressed.

Great value and choices for anything for pets! A variety of pets available for sale and adopting, fish, birds, reptile and small animals, cats and dogs vary by location. The cats and dogs partner with a local shelter (which I think is awesome!) And most locations have a pet salon, where both dogs and cats can be pampered! And some locations also have a vet onsite, a doggy day camp, and pet hotel! There is an awesome rewards program with tons of savings and perks, the atmosphere is laid back and just a great place all around!

This Pet Smart in Hazelton Pa is not taking good care of their snakes, this poor snake was having one heck of a time trying to shed. They had very low humidity not the right temperature and they even under fed him. I asked the store manager to adopt him and she refused. She wanted us to pay the $49.99. Which either way we would, but this snake is under weight and not in the best health, you can tell. The store manager was extremely rude to us and acted like we didn’t know what was going on. We asked if she can lower the price even a little bit then just to help us for the added cost to get it back to full health, she got really snippy and refused. She was very rude. There was other animals that looked not in great health. This snake you can definitely tell was not in great health. It’s sad that pet smart treats not only their animals poorly but they also treat their customers with disrespect.

If it wasn’t for us really being animal lovers and wanting to rescue an animal who needs help, I would never come back to here knowing the “behind the scenes” and how they treat animals

I took my DD friend to look at Gecko tanks and supplies. I forgot her names but she took the time to explain everything to him. He left with brochures and a better idea on what he needs to plan and budget for. A good experience for everyone.

I came for a ball python due to the conditions it was in. He is shedding and needs to be in humidity between 70 and 80% at all times. On one side the humidity read 30% the other side read 40%. He can't properly shed. It's coming off in flakes and is stuck to his face and eyes. When I brought this up to the manager I was met with rudeness. So we gave it right back only with the facts. The snake is also under weight. It's going to take me some time to get him where he needs to be but I'm just glad I was able to get him so I can give him the proper care he needs. This petsmart needs to do better

Friendly store associates, very knowledgeable and helpful. Fish look oxygen starved, especially betas. Be careful, two snails purchased died before we go them home!

I take my dogs here to get their nails clipped. Always friendly staff. Prompt service. Never had any issues.

Terrible Customer service.if they don't like working here go somewhere else and stop being so rude to customer's who have been with you for years.this is my second bad experience here. I.done!

This petsmart on south willow st in manchester is very dirty, and the employees are super lazy. I would never bring my animals here unless I had them in a bubble so they wouldn't catch an infection. The other pets smarts are a lot cleaner.overall, it's a petstore.

I was very disappointed. The prices were a lot higher than even several private pet stores that I ended up using instead.

The help in the fish dept was great. The young man was so friendly. Karin at the check out is great, she remembers me and greets me every time I come in.

Lots of pet stuff, pretty pricey. My kids worth it but I'd rather buy her a steak at Weis.

There is no more comprehensive place than this for everything that has to do with the comprehensive care of your pet, whatever its nature.

Very friendly employees, store was clean. Employee even offered to check in the back for item we were looking for.
