PetSmart, Hanover PA

Having never posted publicly, I feel strongly that the employee and manager on 6/26, went out of their way to accommodate my dogs well-being at the grooming saloon. Despite shorthanded and not getting lunch, they H. H ymmm

Buy your stuff online. It'll be half the price or less. Good clean store with quality products, just overpriced.

My go to place for cat supplies since Pet Value closed. They have lots of healthy food choices for him with verity, as my cat can't have white fish or chicken products. I can always find what I need for my picky cat from care to toys.

I take my dogs (2) to the pet salon to have their nails trimmed. The employees are pleasant and display a genuine attitude of attention and interest towards each dog because the dogs are individuals with totally different personalities. They need to be handled differently and the employees have demonstrated that they can "read" each dog and know how to handle that dog. I appreciate that they can do this and are willing to do this.

Searched for pill popper for pulling dogs and cats did not have. Staff looked all over for 15 min.

My 3 year old was denied a 30 cent goldfish today because this young man working told us.get ready for it.the goldfish would die. Absolutely absurd. Yet they have about 50+ goldfish in one tank, and not to mention several floating at the top. We went elsewhere, and will never be back.

I had stopped by to get my kitty some food. They had what I needed. The staff was really friendly. He's a happy kitty cause they had his favorite food

We use the grooming salon monthly and love it's convenience and service. We also used the training classes but we're not impressed.

Petsco/Petsmart’s usually don’t feed their reptiles and such alot to save more money. I don’t recommend buying geckos or snakes or anything from here because they will most likely be harder to care for and get problems. You should Go to a reptile store instead.
I haven’t been to THIS particular petsmart, But I’m assuming it’s as bad as all the others.

My experience with this store is not so good, first time I visited was with my wife we got waited on right away just made a recent trip by myself, why is it you can't get waited on.
I even had the look of I wonder where this is? Still no help!
I do like the way the store is laid out cat on one side dog on the other, I did find what I wanted but it took a while to find.

Store is always very clean and organized. Staff very helpful but not as knowledgeable as Petco staff of animals and products.

Store very clean and staff friendly. Buffy did amazing with my very anxious Puggle.he fears having his nails done but she assured me that she would take it easy with him. Her patience with him was awesome. Buffy the Nail Slayer is amazing!

PetSmart always has what I need for my pets. Sometimes, I'd like to splurge on an outfit or two for my pups. Variety is extremely limited and overpriced. Staff isn't always easy to find when I need help with the large bags of food.

Pet care center refused to clip my dogs nails because her rabies had expired not long before. They were pretty rude and I will never take them in there again!

It was a nice place but they were out of a lot of things I was looking for, also its hard to find help if you need it.

Best staff! So so friendly and helpful. Very knowledgable and a huge selection. Plenty of opportunities for coupons/discounts.

Love to take our girl to Petsmart! Good prices and sales. She loves to get her bone at the checkout!
