PetSmart, Philadelphia PA

I had my Yorkie groomed there sunday, (bad decision), they nicked him up badly, on his chest, his genitals.
I would not recommend this location for anything. BAD DECISON!

Needs more Staff. But the Staff I found were very Nice, Polite and considerate to the Fact I could not speak at the time.

As always great people, great service. And they are handling the covid-19 protocols very well. I felt safe walking in and leaving my dog with the grooming department.

Family member Rosie the cat knows when I come home from Pet Smart. She can smell the goodies. Always a pleasure to take a trip to the Bustleton Ave store in NorthEast Phila. All staff are always helpful and I appreciate that.

I went to 3 PETSMART (BUSTLETON, JENKINTOWN, ROOSEVELT BOULEVARD) today, alls 3 of them on the website said the fish that I am looking for is in STOCK BUT ALLS OF THEM IS NO STOCK AT ALL, JENKINTOWN EVEN DIDN'T HAVE ANY FISH AT ALL BUT THE GUYS THAT WORK THERE IS REALLY NICE THEN THEY APOLOGIZE TO ME. I APPRECIATE IT.

BUT THE ONES IN BUSTLETON SPECIALLY THE SPANISH WOMAN, I THINK SHE SUPPOSE TO WORK AS SECURITY INSTEAD OF ANIMAL CARE.
SHE IS REALLY MEAN AND KIND OF NOT LIKE HER JOB OR SOMETHING AND SHE JUST RAISE HER SHOULDER WHEN I SAID PETSMART SHOULD KEEP UPGRADES ON THE WEBSITE.

DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB JUST QUIT, DON'T SHARE YOUR MISERABLE LIFE TO OTHERS.

Tori did a fantastic job grooming our puppy. She was badly matted and had never been groomed before today. Thank you, Tori for your patience with Lexi! She looks beautiful.

I just love Petsmart. The employees are always friendly and they do allow dogs. There is a great selection of everything pets from toys to food to grooming and training services. Highly recommend.

Lauren did awesome on habibi! I wasn't sure if we could tip or not but I am so happy with how his pampering came out!

I like going to this Pet Smart because they stock the Alpo Prime Cuts dry dog food and they have the large cans of Great Choice.

I hate the fact that they sell snakes, but don't sell live mice. I purchased a ball python from here 2 years ago and he no longer cares for frozen mice. Now I have to go way out of my way to Petco who always run out of them.

Went to see what I needed for a turtle meet an employee by the name Dani she was awesome she helped us was very informative kind and patient told us everything we needed to know never have I received that much help hoping when I go back she's still working so I can get her to help me with anything else she was the best

My dog Seamus love's it hear. Always fun trying on Halloween costume's and yelling at the cat's. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Decent shop for my cat needs. They had such gorgeous kitties up for adoption, I hope they're treated well.

Expensive than other pet stores. Same product if u buy from outside is cheaper. But the staffs are really co-operative

Everything possible for pets. Grooming as well. The only thing I didn't like was not enough employees to ask questions if you need help. Only the cashiers

Pretty decent place a little pricey but other than that staff is friendly, and a very nice selection of animal products.

The workers are very kind and will ask if you need any help before you ask. And they keep the store clean. They also have very good groomers. Diane always groom's my dog and does a great job.

One of the large chain pet stores, selection is good prices are reasonable. They're grooming and washing services are excellent. I would not recommend to them from personal experience for puppy training.

I like Petsmart the employees are friendly. The store is very well stocked but I feel that some prices are to high & that tge place could be a little cleaner especially the floor!
