PetSmart, Springfield PA

Nice staff but they need to have more vegitarian food for dogs cause my dog is allergic to meat so makes it hard to find food that she can eat, so please have more choices for dogs who are allergic to all Meats, thanks!

We had a terrible experience with this location’s pets hotel team. We booked a long weekend in for our two elderly, small dogs so we could take our kids to the beach for a few days. We booked months in advance and were very up front about a few health conditions our dogs had. We were told, “no problem. ” Three days before our trip, the manager calls and says they can’t board the dogs due to their health issues. THREE DAYS before the trip. Seriously!? I would have completely understood if they couldn’t board the dogs if they had told me when I tried to book, or when I called to confirm a month later, or any other time when I would have had advance notice to rebook my dogs elsewhere. This was so unbelievably unprofessional.

The online service was easy! The prices are very reasonable. They had everything I needed for my little pup.

Has all that I need for cat supplies. A bit light on staff but it is in a pandemic. Cashiers are very friendly. Prices are average.

1st time here and it wasn't for any pets I came to rent a extra carpet cleaner for a job I had and the young lady there wasn't sure how to do it so another lady comes over told me to fill out a paper which I did then she gave me a pink piece of paper told me to just bring the pink paper and I would get my deposit back np! Bought it back the next day and We had a problem. I gave the lady the pink paper she told me to bring.she tell me I can only get store credit I told her no then another lady came over said my name wasn't in the system I said ok.young lady told me to fill out bring back this paper that's all. The Manager that was working on (may 4) disregard her employee was not trained right it was pieces missing of the form and clearly see the person that rented me the machine didn't do her job right, So she was expecting me to let her give me something I'm never going use so I raise my voice then they finally gave me the money back. Funny part is I have money and a business and I would never treat customers like that. I Would never go back there. They not nice and very unprofessional I guess they don't pay them much. Hit them where it hurt.

I needed some things for my 2 red sliders. Kermie and the Frog. They are now basking in a cleaner tank.
So to thumbs up for the very sweet young lady that helped me.

I bought a snake at Petsmart for $40 and the same snake is that Petco for $150 gets pets cheaper at PetSmart than Petco

I used their grooming services, which I have used many times before and have been satisfied, this time I had Dyamond. I recently took my Maltese in waited four plus hours, when I got home I noticed his fur was not cut evenly, his tail was cut and I did not ask for that to be done, he had mats in his tail, I asked for his ears to remain square they were cut angled and his hair was cut down to low. The grooming manager did issue a full refund. My poor pouch has walk around with an awkward ard hair cut until it can grow back and I can find another groomer.

My dog loves this place. Have a spa day for him tomorrow. 12/3/19 at2: 30. Also Banfield Animal Hospital is fantastic.

Pet Smart has almost everything needed for pets. I have 5 cats. They don't have a cat tower that large. Other than that I love this store.

We were left waiting for quite a while, bit nice and friendly staff, who want the best for your pet.

I have always liked Petsmart. There has always been a large variety to choose from. I actually purchased a pet from Petsmart about six years ago. I have been dealing with Petsmart since they were located on West Chester Pike in Broomall. Although I miss Toys “R” Us it is nice to have a Petsmart closer to my residence. Too many retail businesses are being squeezed out by purchasing online. Petsmart has quality items But their prices are not as competitive as I would like to see. I am considering using an online company in conjunction with visits to Petsmart. There is still nothing quite as fun as taking your pet to Petsmart thank you

I was walking around the store for about 20 minutes before I was even helped in the store. Knowing that this location has a good selection of aquatic creatures, i come here rather than the one in broomall for my fish and tank needs. I have 3 large tanks (over 100 gal each) and none of the employees would sell me any fish. This issue has occurred more than one time where the employees either refuse to sell me more than 2 fish or none at all. My one tank is mainly populated with gold fish and angel fish. I went into the store today to buy one more angel fish in hoping to breed with one of my other angel fish and they refused to sell it to me because there were goldfish in my tank. Then i moved onto the goldfish tank and getting a goldfish was also refused. I study fish and have been breeding and raising them for years, therefore I know that there will be no complications when housing these two breeds together. Now, my second option is the petsmart in broomall which I don't go to as much due to it being a bit farther but they always sell me what I ask for and even go out of their way to help me out. Poor customer service.

This is by far my favorite pet store in the area. Everyone is helpful, knowledgable, and friendly.

My husky LOVES getting his bath here. Hates when I do it, but loves when they do it. Don't understand.

The items are expensive. I usually buy pet food and supplies from Wal-Mart or pet valu. I frequent this location for flea medication for my dog as it is cheap and I can get it right away.

This location always has an atrocious odor at the front door. It smells like something died. Also, at the last visit there was smashed animal feces on the floor by the cashiers. I would find another location, but it is the only location that is near us that has prescription animal food.

Clean friendly store. Not much selection for how big it is. I been there three times in the last six weeks and each time they didn't have the dog treats I wanted. I'm about to give up and start shopping either at PetCo or online.

I love Petsmart and the Vet Clinic. I do think the receptionist could be a little more nice but other than that, they are all great here, especially the doctors and vet techs.

Always out of something and the animals always look sad and their cages are always disgusting. This place is depressing.
