Always helpful, take returns with no questions asked, pretty much have anything you could need for a pet

Janice, one of the groomers at the salon, was extremely unprofessional and rude. We will be filing a formal complaint.

They always have a lot of items. Good to be able to get out and shop.
I wish they had the speciality cookies and wereva cat food. But chewy does.

We get our fish and hamster stuff here. The staff is ALWAYS helpful! Keep their fish area very clean.

Always have what we need. We take our dog to get groomed there as well and they always do a great job.

Found a wide variety of dog and cat foods! Store was well stocked, clean and employees were very kind and helpful. I sure wish the prices were lower. Cat toys were way overpriced. On sale food was a bit more reasonable. Love that you have orphan kitties available for adoption! I'll be back!

I take my 2 dogs there for grooming and the staff is always pleasant and smiling. They help me to my car when my dog pulls on her leash so hard I almost fall.
I will always take Maggie and Winston there to be groomed by Joleenza because she is so nice to both dogs.

Great selection on parrot bird food & toys also great selection on pet shampoo & treats

Lots of food and litter choices for my cat. Sometimes a bit expensive but can't beat the selections.

I loved it the doctor helped me with my fur babies and did not charge me when he could have will return loved my doctor to take your fur baby there they treat you like family!

The techs and vet are very knowledgeable and helpful with the questions and concerns we had about our dog. They took their time to help figure out the problem she was having.

I take my dog here for all our vet visits. I like that they offer pet insurance which I pay $30 monthly, though it seems they always find a way for you to have to pay for additional items or things not covered by the insurance.

Good place if your focus is dogs or cats. Anything for other animals are not a good variety at all i wont be going there again.nothing against them i just have other animals that the store doesnt cater too. If you have cats and dogs though this is the place to go.

Do not go here to buy fish or crickets there is never anyone available to help you go to Elmer's down the road.

This is such a great store with a friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as having Banfield Pet Hospital inside it too! An awesome one stop shop for all of your pet needs from food, toys, doggie camp, grooming, pet health and more!

Called last night to check on getting my dogs nails cut was told justt to walk in after 9 am went this am was told I had a 30 minute wait to get my dogs nails cut well I was not waiting so I left went to the Golden Bone walked in got the nails trimmed and paid-best service around The Golden Bone

Nice friendly staff. Lots of products. Obviously they are pet friendly. We went out to see Santa and it was very efficient and fun. I think Jetson enjoyed it.

Went to buy crickets, it took 20 minutes to find an employee to ask for help then another 10 minutes before anyone showed up. This is not the first time I have had this problem at this location.

I have 2 pitbull puppies, and this place NEVER wants to wash them or anything. Everytime I call to get them groomed, only this petsmart asks what breed, and as soon as I say what my dogs are, the openings are all booked. But when I called 2min after I was told there was no openings, I called and said my Dalmatians needed a bath and was given a 3p appointment
