I am an animal lover and I love this place for food and supplies and just to check out all the animals they have

There was a issue with a item I purchased. The supervisor was quick to help fix the mix up. Always great and friendly service. Do a lot of my pet shopping there.

My tags were beautiful! I loved them and I get them right away. Unfortunately my cats wiggled out of there collars and lost them. I am reordering right now.

A little pricey, always nice checkout people, and you can usually find someone if in need of help.

Great personel miss our dog trainer though but overall always stocked and always have every selection for what ever need plus more.

We just got a bearded dragon from this store and a woman named josie helped up she was very informed and answered all of our questions. I was very pleased with the service we got.

Petsmart in Lebenon has such a friendly caring staff! My pup loves going in the store to check out all the new toys and treats!

O absolutely love Petsmart. They are so much better than Petco. I love seeing the cats. So many choices on items. A great place to go.

Great for almost all animals but prices are higher than other places for same thing. Cashiers always polite.

Not a bad store for pet products. There is a large variety of pet goods to chose from. Some of the prices can be a little high, but they will price match if you ask them.

Friendly staff and a good selection don't make up for the extremely high prices and often long checkout lines. Also, while I get the sentiment behind their pet friendly environment, I'm not a fan of huge dogs with inattentive owners knocking my human babies down or trying to mount them. Perhaps a few security guards would help.

If you want a great groomer with a great personality and smile, see Tiffany in the Grooming Department. We left our other groomer just to try one time at Pet Smart. Well somebody was looking over us. That is when we met Tiffany. It is way more expensive, but worth every penny. Sometime you wonder when they will be done. Tiffany pays attention to every detail. Your dog does not leave the table unless she is satisfied. Wonderful young lady.

This is the best PetSmart I've been to. The employees are very helpful and go out of their way to get you the best deal! The puppy classes are great!

Rebecca did an absolute amazing job with my dog Chico. He is not the best around people but she said he did so well. I will defiantly go back to her again. Also will recommend to everyone I know. Thank you so much for doing a great job on my baby!

Purchased dog toy, collar and minnows this last time in. Friendly employees. Quick lines. Always helpful. Dog enjoys the toy.

I like the convenience of the location. But i took my dog in a few days ago and she had razor burns on her from the grooming salon. And i was so furious i don't pay that kind of money for my dog to have razor burns? Or to sometimes bleed even. Next time I'm taking it to the store manager. Its not all the time? But when it does happen? They don't ever acknowledge it or apologize.

They help even when they cant help you, point you in the right direction and make sure you are well taken care of
