Very personable and friendly.we got a new cat and needed to get her shots and a check-up they treated our cat like she was one of there own and it was extremely affordable

Very gentle and caring staff, and very particular about sanitary and possible pet illness around multiple animals. Service was great.

Great service the doctor was wonderful and answered all of our questions and gave us good references on other products we can use for our dog.

As much as my dogs annoyed me, the purpose of our visit was met and worth it. Friendly staff who weren't afraid to deal with my "difficult" animals. Better than going to a vet if your trying to save money.

Extremely affordable, very efficient. I loved the email with the wellness profile of my cat. Although I believe the 3n1 shot may have been too much for her. She has been quite docile for 3 days now. Not much interaction. I originally took her for a check-up over a cold. She still has it, but her lungs are clear. I still have to complete her stool test. I will return again next year.

Didn't have to wait in line. The vet techs were very understanding and patient. They even saved us money.

All they do is cancel. Will have on their website a certain date but when it comes to that date they cancel and it's not just 1 location either its multiple so you end up with only 1 location available in a 2 hour radius.

As always, excellent. I appreciate the vet for giving my cat a thorough physical exam and I love the kindness of everyone involved

I recently visited the Loucks Rd York PA location with my dog who had a skin infection after being told an appointment would be 2 weeks away with our current vet. The staff was caring, attentive, and reassuring. We didn't have to wait long and the cost was great!

The wait time is the only downfall, especially when some customers before you feel the need to ramble on about their pet. The staff was courteous, patient and kind. You must know going in for services you are rolling the dice on how long you may have to wait. So be prepared and be kind and respectful of others and staff. Thank you.
