P.F. Chang's, Plymouth Meeting PA

We had a wonderful time in this spot. We loved the superb atmosphere and the meals. The staff members are super personal. I’m happy we ultimately decided to try this restaurant.

Great food, gluten-free friendly. Celebrated Chinese New Year and a birthday, they made it very special.

Nice clean restaurant. Good service all around! I just didn’t care for the main course I got. Shrimp Lo’Mein wasn’t as good as I expected it to be.

PF Chang’s is one of my favorite chain restaurants. The food is always fresh and full of flavor. The portion sizes are great, too.

Food was good! Would go to this place again! BUT the waitress Candice (african american lady with purple hair) really had turned us off in the beginning. She is had such a bad attitude. My wife is 9 months pregnant and she told us to stand by a table and we waited a good 10 minutes besides the dirty table. She was so hesitant to clean our table. She went and cleaned another table while we were waiting besides our table. She quickly can and wiped all the dirt and food particles onto our chair and never came back. This made me so angry. She didn't even care that my wife was pregnant and she didn't even say something nice. There was only 2 other customers in the entire restaurant. She acted like she was extremely busy while nothing else was going on. When we told her that our chair was dirty because of the dirt and food particles she dumped she literally just sighed and left. We were about to leave but then another waitress named Sierra came and asked how she help and was super nice (the reason we stayed). Sierra was very positive and she served us well. Employees like Sierra will be the we will be going back. We gave Sierra a 21% TIP!
People like Candice should never be employed and a great restaurant like this. Or PF CHANGs should think about offering good attitude and behavior classes to employees like Candice! The only reason I am giving a 2 star is

I haven't been here in a while but when I do go the food is always good and the service is great. I did see a hair on my plate once.wasn't a big fan of that.

Went on a Saturday night, waited about 15 minutes before being seated. Service was good nothing over the top. Food is no longer family style as it once was. They have a new Ramen bowls (better off at a noodle house). Thai coconut curry had grape tomatoes and string beans in it.weird combination. Drinks were exceptional. Our bill was 159.60 for a party of 4 with 3 alcoholic beverages. I'd say dishes are moderately priced compared to portion size.

The food is usually very good here. The service could use some help, especially when you are close to being done. Our server disappeared for about 5 to 10 minutes at a time. Before then he was very good.
Overall it's a good place to eat. You don't have to dress really fancy either. A good place to take kids too. My daughter likes the food here too and she can be picky.
Just give yourself some time to eat because this isn't a fast food place, it takes a while for some dishes. But usually it's worth the wait

Meghan the Sr. Manager is totally AWESOME! Then there's Sean T, who was our waiter for the evening. The service BOTH of them provided to my son and I was exceptional! Customer Service is a major thing for me, and they've exceeded my expectations from the time I called to make our reservation, all the way through dinner, and even as we were preparing to leave and make our way to see a movie. They were attentive, ensuring that we had EVERYTHING we needed, and being mindful of our time, so we wouldn't miss our movie! I was TRULY pleased, and will most certainly return in the future.

Went here for my son's birthday today. Their chicken lettuce wraps are always a hit. Their special sauce that they used to mix in front of you at the table is now pre-mixed and it still tastes delicious! I had the shrimp & lobster sauce while my son had the shrimp fried rice (he's very simple and not as adventurous as I am). Both entrees were tasty! We topped off our meal by sharing a piece of their decadently delicious chocolate cake!

The service is great and the food is pretty good. Nice place to stop in for a quick meal. Not the nicest PF Chang’s I’ve been in but far from the worst. Wish I could give a 4.5 instead. Just not five star experiences here.

P. F Chang’s is one of my favorite restaurants, so I couldn’t wait to order! I ended up ordering out, because I was in a rush. I ended up getting the honey chicken and white rice with the banana roll and ice cream. The food was packed sooo nicely and the young woman was very helpful! The ice cream even came with a bag full of ice to keep it cold! Awesome food and delicious dessert!

Absolute disgrace. We were told a 25 min wait and after waiting for 40 min, we asked and the hostess said she would clean a table for us. She than disappeared for another 10 min. I understand it was a Saturday but the restaurant had plenty of open tables, and other parties went in front of us.

Recently had my birthday celebration dinner here. Great food service, great staff, great drinks. Must try Mongolian beef dish

They're on the periphery of the Plymouth Meeting Mall, among many other eateries. The menu used to be more extensive, but recently they've paired it down to less choices. I can always go for high sodium yet tasty Chinese food, so I like it well enough, but my impression is that they don't seem as sure of their culinary focus as they did years ago when P. F. Chang was rather new in S. E. Pennsylvania.

Good chain Chinese, messed up one dinner order, took forever to replace, gave us a dessert for wait. Pleasant servers.

Good lunch prices and service. Tempura shrimp California roll with Ahi was wonderful. Definitely plan for a repeat visit, after being disappointed in this chain over the past few years in other locations when I lived in Virginia.

We love this place, cannot get enough. This is the closest one to us and so we do not go very often, but when we do I always get the Kung Pao Shrimp as it is very good. They have good soups and appetizers also.

So so different from the 1st few times I was here, what happened to the awesome sauce they would mix at the table?
