6I reccomend this branch, everyone is effective and polite. They have a lot of options outside if banking and their staff knows a lot.
The bank teller was very nice and helpful, made sure I was didn't leave confused of a issue I had overall I had almost used every big banks by far I recommend this one
Well, I like credit union better than a regular banks, but unfortunately just 3 stars today, Grant location and Bustleton location couldn't resolve my issue, Bustleton rep promised to call back by the end of the day and its been 4 days and still no phone call. Based on this I must say the the customer service is not good, promised to help, keep your promise. At this point will give it a second thought about switching my account.
Very poor service.took two hours and fifteen minutes to close my IRA.
I am about to change banks, every pffcu has a line 10 people long because they only have 2 people working the entire branch, every time I have to make a cash deposit I dread having to go there.worst customer service.
