PFFCU - Police and Fire Federal Credit Union, Wyncote PA

This bank ALWAYS has an issue. One day the ATM will be completely down. Another day the ATM is not taking deposits. May come in one day and the coin machine may not be working. Yet when I go to the location on Henry Avenue everything works. I guess location is everything. Please fix the ATM because I prefer not to enter the bank nor wait in the long line for a teller to make a simple deposit especially in the Covid-19 climate we’re currently in.

Do yourself a favor, DO NOT GO TO THIS INSTITUTION! The processing system is antiquated, customer support reads a script to you and do not answer key questions. This is the WORST experience I have had with a banking institution in over 30 years! Do yourself a favor - go to a different bank, credit union, banking organization!

I have been with this bank almost 18 years. The last three years. I have been trying to get my credit score up. To buy my first home. And they been turning me down since. No help you always getting turned down. Don't make any sense. Looking for a good bank that will actually help you. Because this is not it.

Excellent customer service, short wait times, quick responses to loan apps. Been a member over 20 yrs. Best financial institution around.

I’ve been going to the Wyncote branch on a regular basis, and I’m always impressed with the manner in which this particular branch is run: great friendly atmosphere, outstanding customer service and the competent provision/administration of general banking services. In addition, I want to give a special “shout-out” to customer service rep, Brittany Elwell, for the great job that she does. I highly recommend this branch for general banking services.

DENISE TORO-VEGA WAS VERY COMFORTING & PROFESSIONAL. I CAME IN TO THIS BRANCH TO OPEN UP A NEW ACCOUNT AND SHE MADE MY EXPERIENCE 1000x TIMES BETTER.

I don't know if it's because I get paid on Tuesdays or not but Everytime I go to this location it is either almost always empty or more than 5 active windows so if there is a line, it is moving swiftly! I love that about this location. Also the tellers are always pleasant and super helpful. I usually get the same teller every week I donabout, Westworld. He is very nice, super helpful, and a pleasure to converse with. All in all, a well deserved 5 stars. Wish I could make it 10!

They always try to help with any concerns that you may have. They make a true attempt to resolve all of your issues.

I'll have officially had PFFCU as my only bank or credit union for ten years this September. In that time, I have frequented the Castor Ave, Andora, and Cheltenham Branches. All three have been incredible! While many friends and family members have complained about their bank's, I have never had one complaint about PFFCU.

I am very easily able to transfer money to other PFFCU accounts, use mobile deposits to avoid a trip to a branch. In fact, the only times I ever enter a branch is in the rare occasion I have cash to deposit or to use their version of coin star which helps deposit ALL my change, not just some of it.

I hope to remain a PFFCU member for a very long time.

Good customer service. Friendly employees. Wait is never that long. They have roughly 10-12 tellers and about 6-7 people working to open up accounts and stuff. Had this bank for about 2 years and so far so great!
