PFFCU- Police and Fire Federal Credit Union, King of Prussia PA

Amanda can take care of me any day! The calmest PFFCU I’ve ever been in lol. Nah, but Amanda was very patient, friendly and kept me posted on what she was doing instead of just walking away to leave me guessing! Thanks Amanda enjoy your holiday!

Good Evening Google Family. I had no idea that there was a Police and Fire in King of Prussia. I visited after working out at the Wayne Edge Fitness Club. I had visited the Ardent Credit Union in Wayne and then I googled closest Police and Fire locations and this KIng of Prussia location came up. I was so happy to see Amanda at this Police and Fire. Amanda is an employee there. I remember her from the location in Springfield. Amanda was always so friendly and nice and efficient. It was great to see her. Amanda informed me that she had been here for about a year. She loves it but still lives in the Springfield area. It takes her about 45 minutes, but with traffic, an hour to get here. King of Prussia location is so clean and I can say that this is the location that I will be visiting until I finish paying my bill. That will be a great day and I informed Amanda that I will be doing a Happy Dance! Have a great night, Google Family!

Kinda fast, always pleasant and detail-oriented services I can rely on. There's also a great vibe at THIS KOP location! The employees are always so cool and laid back.

I would give zero stars on this review if I could. I would not recommend this credit union to anyone. I only banked with them to get a lower rate on an auto loan as recommended by a car dealer. The car was totaled almost 3 months ago. I communicated that an insurance payout check was on the way. Because the check was taking so long to arrive, the local branch manager asked me to stop payment on the check and request a second payout check. The first check arrived and was returned immediately after. I warned the branch manager that this could be a problem before it happened. I was told that he would contact the collections department multiple times, but there is only record of this happening once. Now they are waiting for the second check to arrive and have reported me to a credit agency. I have taken an 82 point hit on my credit report because of a lack of communication within the credit union and for following the directions of a local branch manager. When this matter is settled, I will close my account and never bank with them again.
