7 years I've been doing business with OVR looking for work and they've only managed to find me 2 potential jobs the whole time, I almost never hear from them and there is the fact they keep reassigning me to a new caseworker every few months effectively making me start the whole process of getting my caseworker up to speed all over again. I find more results for jobs online in a week then they do in a whole year. OVR is a joke.anyone looking for work, you're better off looking on your own, this place moves at a snails pace

They really don't want to help. The counselor are overwhelmed.
