PGW BUILDING reviews
14 How are they still allowed to operate in this city is beyond me. Their customer service can only be described as criminal.
I call during business hours to have the service in the new house. After responding to all the prompts, they said the office is closed. I tried this multiple times.
Trying to contact pgw is ridiculous. No email address, just a phone that your on the hold for over an hour, and then your always at the wrong department.imagine one of the biggest company’s having customer service reps that actually help. Sounds insane dosnt it
I was worried about my gas bill and I called for help. The phone hung up on me several times but the last call I got a woman named Lawanda Connelly. PGW. I just want to say thank you for everything. Ms. Connelly gave me faith and hope. I wish it was more like you at PGW. She was compassionate and informative. Thank you.she DESERVE A RAISE. Amazing
They need to teach their workers to have better customer service and leave the attitudes at home.
Terrible. They do routine work at 9 pm in the dart and wonder why people get killed due to their negligence. Rude and dangerous.
There isn't wait for customers service & they seems to move the line quickly for bill paying customers
PGW ARE TOTALLY THIEVES. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR BILLS! WHEN YOU'RE NOT PAYING ATTENTION THEY WILL DOUBLE BILL YOU
Waited on quickly each time I've been here. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Located at Broad and Tasker (right by subway steps). Parking is sometimes easy to find, other times you may have to park down the street.
Greedy, crooked company. Will shut off your service if you're late once, but will leave service on for those who haven't paid in years.
Closed up the office on Chestnut St. So this seems to be the only place to pay your gas bill in South Philly.
The gas company is what it is a business just wish they would train all staff to be Respectable to all costumers "they bring their problems to work" that's unprofessional and it Shows.
After receiving no bills or notices, my gas got shut off. I have not received a bill from PGW in years. Every time I had called in the past, it took hours before I gave up trying to reach anyone. Even if I left a callback number, I never recieved a return call. I requested a copy of my bill multiple times. I never received one. Despite all this, at least they left me a notice that they were going to shut off my gas. Not this time. When I called to compromise, Jeremy, the manager, asked why I hadn't at least come in to the office to ask about this. I responded that I should not have to use my personal vacation time at work to resolve their initial issue. He was not willing to compromise and said they needed 9hundred something dollars to turn it back on, despite the bill saying on the notice that the total number was $668. Yes, in a matter of hours, my bill had gone up about $300. The manager was unwilling to keep the conversation going and said that's it. PGW is the worst.
Its nothing worst then going to tgis PGW its all bad.suvks this is a place where your paying for such terrible service.should be free
