I love how everything is so easy and they are so enjoyable to work with. Of course orthodontics are not cheap but these guys make everything so easy and efficient! Not only do they do a great job with a smile- they have great freebie chapsticks, good music, and a lovely- sheek office designed by the number one orthodontist!

Great experience with Invisalign and the doctors and staff here! Highly recommend. Tyra was exceptionally helpful and pleasant today. Thank you!

We love Phamily Orthodontics! Their staff is so friendly, especially the receptionist Nicole, who always makes us feel welcome when we come in for our appointments. My daughter tells me how nice Laura and the other assistants are when they’re working with her. Dr. Parnes and Dr. Rubin definitely know how to create an atmosphere that is inviting and fun while still providing great care for my daughter. I highly recommend them! They really do treat you like “Phamily”!

All 3 of my kids have been coming to the practice for almost 2 years now. Great experience from initial consult, expanders, braces and even Invisalign due to all three having varying needs.
My youngest is not the easiest of patients and the the patience of the staff and drs is above and beyond. Nicole at the reception and Wendy with billing with their helpfulness and ‘smiles’ deserve a special separate callout.
Can’t leave a review without mentioning the vibe and decor too. You can tell the team is like Phamily!

Great experience so far! Phamily has mapped out the orthodontist experience to a “T” making it actually enjoyable. The staff are friendly and super knowledgeable (we have Laura) and both Docs are awesome. I also love how they utilize the most state of the art everything!

As a fellow dentist, it was top priority for me to find an orthodontist who not only is kind and gentle, but top in her field, keeping up with current CE and providing the best skill set and practices available. I recommend Dr. Parnes to anyone who asks for my professional and personal opinion!

Everything about my experience so far is great! Dr. Parnes and Dr. Rubin have put together a fantastic team and they take the time to explain things and answer questions that I have about my treatment. I am certainly not the easiest patient but everyone there has made me feel comfortable along the way and I always look forward to seeing the team! When you call in you get the smiling voice of Nicole to help set up scheduling. During my original consultation Michelle took her time to make sure she understood what I was looking for, which calmed some nerves. Even when it came to payment, Wendy made things simple and easy! The whole team has helped me in some way shape or form and you can always tell that Laura, Leah, Faith, and Emily are smiling behind their masks and love what they do! If you are in need of treatment but are nervous about getting started, just give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!

After visiting three local orthodontists, I was uncertain on which treatment path would be best for my daughter since there were options. Dr. Parnes answered my (many) questions with great detail and explanations. She was patient and kind.every step of the way. She even consulted with other orthodontists on our behalf. I really felt she went above and beyond what I would have expected. I have only dealt with some of the Phamily staff so far, and was impressed with both Michelle and Leah. They were both so good with my daughter, who was nervous to get an expander put on. My daughter said everyone was so nice and that they talked her through everything and made her feel comfortable. Five star review!
