Need to get to this place quickly as items sell fast. Went day after rth of July and shelves were bare

It was very crowded when I was there and the shelves were almost bare, but I fee l their staff handled the crowd very well. They were patient and made sure I left with what I came there for. I would reccomend hiring more staff to keep up with demand.

I went while closing but manager still helped I know he was ready to go but he wanted that extra sale

Only place I get my fireworks from Phantom hands down the best place to purchase your fireworks what a place do you know where you can get buy one get one free not to mention during holidays and promotional times they have the best deals I will only go to one place like I said and that's Phantom Fireworks fourth of July's Memorial Day any patriotic holiday or just any celebration if you want to go out with a bang go to Phantom.

You have to register in order to buy and show your license which I like, they won't just sell to anyone. Been to a few phantoms and love them all. They are always buy one get one free and have specials and deals when you spend a certain amount, will be always going here for my fireworks.

Great selection. Look for sales n join newsletter. I only go when it's buy two get one free. Run those more and see me more

Very neat and tidy place. Stocked with amazing things. You need an ID to enter this place which is understandable i just wish the men they have working there was a bit nicer. I went into the store and wasn't greeted by anyone. Im looking at a few things and then was approached by a man with a stinky attitude rudely asking for my ID. If it wasn't for him i would have bought what i needed

I'm from out of state didnt know about the tax on fireworks in PA and was on a budget when I went. The people there were extremely helpful in getting me literaly the best bang for my buck.

Awesome that worked here was so funny but helped up. Talked about his little daughter who loved the firework that I picked. Very personal and we need more peole like that

Huge selection of fireworks. They are buy 1 get one free so dont be afraid of the sticker shock. Well worth it and on par with other stores like Keystone and TNT.

Had the place to myself 2 staff members ignored me until it was time to check out. Its ok to ask do you need help I had to approach them with questions.

This place has the most amazing deals quite frankly with deals like these I don't understand how they stay in business

Big store housing tons of fireworks ranging from small poppers to Mortars & huge 33 shots. They sell individual & big assortment sets. Prices are great only because of the generous discount they give you. If you buy one set of fireworks you then get 2 free of the same price & if you buy any assorment set they give you practically the same set for free. Also they make you sign a waiver upon entering the store so have yoir pen & ID ready. Definitely coming back

They make you sign a liability release at the door if you're purchasing. They are currently doing a buy one get one free on everything in the entire store. They sell 1" mortar kits and 2" single shot tubes. They gave us things free just for purchasing from them!

So far so good, the diverse customers were getting along well with each other, and enjoying talking about the fireworks everyone was looking for. The employees were very helpful, until the po-po decided to make his presence felt staring everyone down. He was aching for something to jump off. But all the customers and employees were kool. Only complaint is turn the A. C.up a little bit more during the heatwave.

The staff had no clue on how their on-line orders work and how to check inventory in their own store! Went in to get gender reveal fireworks for my party they sent me to their site and ordered and got a confirmation # - called the store they could not find the order, directed me to call corporate which I did - and the rep there said they do not accept orders under $250 and they were out of inventory completely! Needless to say I will not go to that store again.

I went here for the first time a few days ago. I was very satisfied. They had great sales and the employees were extremely polite and helpful! The only thing I was upset about was there were a few things out of stock I really wanted. Overall, I loved this store and would definitely go back for all my firework needs. Also, I’d reccomend this store to anyone!
