I just called them to check something, and they gave me very good advice for me to try on my own. So, they saved me a service charge because it ended up being a grout issue. Super nice and friendly, and if I ever have a plumbing issue they are who I am calling

I highly recommend working with Phil Parkinson Plumbing. I hired Phil and his team for major work on my Philly row home last month - they removed my interior house trap, installed a curb trap, and replaced my lead water service. The team worked with the city to schedule the water service tapping, reroute a bus, and shutdown my street well before the project started. They had to work around a massive tree directly above the drain line and open up a section of the street over cobblestone and a trolley track. I could not be happier with the quality of work and level of professionalism that Phil's team provided throughout the project; there were no shortcuts taken. I'm a month out from the project now and everything is great, even the patch these guys installed in the street is flawless.
