We used Philadelphia Catering Company for our Friday evening Poster Presentation with a Wine and Cheese Reception - the food was delicious; everything was set-up on time and the staff was excellent! We received a lot of praise for the food and the staff! I would definitely hire them again! Cassie

Phila Catering Co. Separates out allergen containing boxes and has multiple inspection processes to verify that your catering order is vegan/gluten free friendly!

Top Tier! The customer service, presentation, and pricing is exceptional. We hired PCC for a Ribbon Cutting Event. We ordered an assortments of breakfast and lunch foods to sort of make a brunch style bar. The team that showed up to set up was wonderful. They were quick and professional and make the entire transition from set up to take down seamless. Would absolutely recommend for any type of event!

These guys go above and beyond! I had a three day event to plan with six different dietary restrictions that they accommodated beautifully. They assisted with parts of the event that were really not their responsibility. I regret not getting a photo of the beautiful hors d’oeuvres reception they put on for us. Everything was tasty and presented very eloquently. It looked like we spent a ton of money but it was a very fair price. They provided breakfast lunch and dinner for three days 150 people and didn’t miss a beat. Oh! And patient! I also changed our plans a countless number of times! Thank you, Megan, Allen, and Team! You guys were tremendous.

Had two great experiences ordering from Phila Catering Company recently. First, Megan is a pleasure to work with; she responded promptly to any questions and helps with any party planning changes (which happen frequently when organizing work meetings). Second, Phila Catering gets outstanding marks all around for portion size, presentation and food freshness. I had to order a lunch to be delivered to another campus location (half-way across town) and I wasn't going to be there. I was worried that something might go wrong but everything worked out beautifully without me having to be there. Everything ran smoothly and without any confusion. In my line of work you really learn to appreciate that!:)

First time using Philadelphia Catering Company. Was looking for a place that had boxed lunches, without the added cost of delivery services that charged a fortune in fees/tips/service charges, etc. Stumbled across Philadelphia Catering Co and reached out via website contact form. Megan reached out right away and worked with me for exactly the type of boxed lunches/salads I was looking for. Each box had a sandwich, chips and cookie. Staff raved about the lunches. Loved the ease of communication with a live person v.online ordering. Megan was great and we will definitely be using them again.
