I mailed my snap renewal forms on time and never received a call for my scheduled interview. I then call my caseworker Ms. Ford and she tells me she doesn't have them so therefore I never sent them. Regardless of being treated like a liar, Ms. Ford either remained silent on the phone or was extremely adversarial towards me.

I arrived at this office once it opened, was one of the first people here and it's been an hour. Still waiting. It's quite obvious that she has no desire to help anyone with state assistance. If you have Ms. Ford as a caseworker, I suggest you switch.

I was truly impressed. No long lines. I was there less than two hours. The staff are exceptional. All courteous and went out of their way to be helpful to me and others there.

First of all I'd like to take a minute here to thank my caseworker Mr. David R.for everything. I was treated with nothing but respect and understanding concerning the whole process. Everything was explained and handled by an extremely competent caseworker. Applying for benefits can be a difficult process as much for the applicant as it is for a caseworker. Everyone should realize that the rules are the rules and must be followed to the letter by your caseworker. That being said. I was exceedingly pleased that David R.was not only knowledgeable, articulate, and competent he was also efficient too. I was treated very well and knowing that being a caseworker is NOT an easy job, was shown an extraordinary amount of patience also. Thank you so much sir for making a complicated process not as nerve racking as it could have been. I have nothing but praise for the way you took care of everything at the BLVD CAO.
Thank you sir!

Their phone number has hung up on me three times on two different days no matter which prompts I push. I'm on hold for a little while and then it jsut hangs up.

Not contempt on making Philly a better place. Job search outsourcing is minimal case works are more concerned about a lunch break then fluently discectting a clients situation and helping to create a better life.
No names No images everybody has to eat no pun intended.

Very negligent & irresponsible for their service. I have encountered rudeness and a lack of accountability for personnel not keeping their appointments with customers, while claiming the customer missed their appointment. A complete lack of professionalism that warrants being looked into.

Didn't wait around nearly as long as I thought I would. Also about 85% of the staff is incredibly polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The remaining 15% weren't completely rude, but they were very condescending and totally unhelpful. All in all, though, not a bad experience.

Two words; Janice Collier

I recently lost my job and applied for food stamps online (via the PA Compass website). I uploaded the required documents and ONE day later I received a confirmation call from Ms. Janice Collier. She had my EBT card loaded with funds within 24 hours. My hat goes off to her for going above and beyond to help me. Thank God I kept my old EBT card, which made this process a lot faster.

Side NOTE: Please people do NOT feel bad about having to apply for food stamps during your time of need. The federal taxes that are deducted from YOUR paycheck when you're working fund programs like SNAP. It's there to provide TEMPORARY help until you find employment again.

Now off to the grocery store I go with my green EBT card.

Two security guards. Both heads down and into their phones (no help at all). Asked for help she never looked up from her phone. Disgusting. The lady behind the window is asking personal questions in ear reach of other folks. (God help me) Case manager must of had a rough day, never greeted me or even smiled for that matter. Was very nonchalant, felt like she didn't want to help me at all. Thank for the awesome customer service!

Arrogant staff specially the people in front desk.i don't remember their name but one white old lady and one ugly short and sharp face man was usually sitting most of the time i saw.they two people always rude to everyone i saw it not only with me.if they don't like to help to any person and do their job then why don't they quite.at least that's how we don't have to see their stupid faces.
