Philadelphia Dentistry reviews
40Dr. Jeon and the entire team are wonderful! Thank you for a great visit! See you soon! If you're a scaredy cat, then this is the practice for you!
My experience at Philadelphia Dentistry was great!
Friendly staff make you feel comfortable and they are very professional and detailed.
10/10 would recommend.
Today was my first dental cleaning after many years of not visiting the dentist. Philly Dentistry’s team made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Cirka and my hygienist Lisa got me back to health and educated me for how to maintain it going forward. I would highly recommend this office to anyone but especially to people who have dental anxiety. 10/10! Thank you all. I am looking forward to coming back.
Dr. Jeon is the kindest healthcare provider I have ever had, and everyone at this office is so nice. The dentist can often be a stressful environment but Dr. Jeon and the staff made me feel very comfortable and supported. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Jeon especially.
I had a great first visit here. If you are able to afford it, then I would recommend it. Sara was great at making me feel comfortable, discussing what she saw in her procedures, and coming up with a long-term plan to address what was discussed. I look forward to going back!
One downside is parking. I had trouble finding the place and because I was running late to my appointment, I ended up parking in a spot that I was not supposed to. My car was towed….
I don’t plan on driving there on my next appointments.
Keep in mind, this is the first dentist I visit in Philly, so other than a couple of dentists in Puerto Rico that I used to go when I was younger, I don’t really have any other to compare to, but the fact that I am giving it 5 stars and I had to deal with my car getting towed, should tell you enough about my experience.
I've been going to Philly Dentistry for around 4 years. Dr. Cirka won me over on my first visit with his considered care plan and positive personality. Dr. Jeon is a gentle, thorough dentist as well. Jenn is a terrific hygienist; she remembers my individual preferences and that makes the appointments go smoothly. Rach and Jenaya have also provided great care. I'm comfortable going to the office with the pandemic procedures they have in place, and can always count on Sandy, Dani, Amy, Stephen and Kiya to be helpful and cheerful. Thanks so much to everyone for the great care.
When you call in to schedule an appointment they tell you they work with all insurances, but they don't. We paid out of pocket for my husbands visit when we didn't have to because we receive two free visits a year each. They tell you one thing on the phone but their financial documents say something else. We used an exception that is given to us once every five years to pay for this visit when it is completely unnecessary. When you talk to the account manager he is completely condescending and rude. English is not my husbands first language and this was his first dentist visit since moving to the USA and they continued to push products and services on him that he didn't need to up the cost. Not patient friendly at all.
The staff is amazing! Everyone is friendly, patient and very sympathetic. Even during this pandemic! They take care of me and get me out in a timely fashion each and every time!
Alyssa is the best dental hygienist, probably ever! Absolutely loved chatting with her, wish we would’ve exchanged info honestly Definitely request her, although I’m not entire sure that’s possible at a dentistry.
I just went to the dentist this morning after not having been for a few years. I was dreading the visit. After having been, I'm thrilled to say that it was an absolutely phenomenal (even enjoyable) experience. Dr. Jeon and her staff were not only experienced and effective, but they were friendly, understanding, and great people to hang out with. I'd go back just to chill! Would recommend to anyone.
I hate the dentist. I hate the noises, I hate the feeling of the tools in my mouth, and I hate needles. I LOVE Phila Dentistry, though. These people are warm and friendly, professional and courteous. Even when I'm anxiety ridden and they know I'm looking for the nearest escape route from the building, they're encouraging and wonderful. Thank you!
Dr. Meier is the best, the staff are all so supportive! How comfortable and painless they made me feel especially through a difficult procedure, is an understatement! I highly recommend Philadelphia Dentistry.
Great staff, from the front desk to the Dentist. Friendly, courtesy, professional. I love them all! My son and I will always be grateful!
They do a great job here and are easy to work with for someone without dental insurance. Jen has taken care of my cleaning, x-rays, etc.since I started going here a few years ago and she is so nice and helpful- they're lucky to have her! The dentists have also always been helpful and nice.
Best dentist office in the world! Everyone is so kind and only wait a few minutes to be seen! Love it here
I was in for Invisalign treatment and a nightguard. I had many questions but I felt the treatment team was competent and that I was in good hands. They are also quick to respond to emails. I would have liked to switch to them for my regular check ups too, but I pay out of pocket and their prices were higher than that of my regular dentist who also offers me a senior discount. And their wait times are next to nothing. Overall a very professional experience.
Philadelphia Dentistry has met all criteria that I need as a patient ; understanding as I have an innate fear; efficiency in every area. Eva is the best, kind and understanding. Dr. Cirka is kind and exceptional at what he does.
Dr. Cirka is a top notch dentist w/ an amazing team. He truly cares about his clients. Recently had an emergency visit & he made it a priority for me to be seen. Highly recommend!
I saw Dr. Meier and Malikah for a consultation on my teeth. Malikah was very warm, friendly, and professional. She took my X-rays and reviewed then with me before Dr. Meier examined them. Dr. Meier was very amicable and thorough with her examination and explanation of the dental jargon. This made the visit a relaxing experience. Luckily my teeth were very healthy after all was said and done
I’ve been a long time customer at Philly Dentistry! I feel like we grew up together! Dr Cirka, Dr Meier, Kim, Jen and Keila are all awesome. Front office staff is great as well. The hygenist and dentists are gentle, thorough and really take the time to get to know you and educate you about dental health and procedures. Couldn’t ask for a better client experience!
