The owner Jo and his son Ryan have YEARS of experience in this biz, and they are incredibly professional! They were minimally intrusive to our living space and daily routines, and they completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. We were thrilled with their workmanship, and they treated our home like their own, always cleaning up after each visit. This company is family-owned and driven to excellence - this company does both the mold cleanup AND the rebuild! You don't have to deal with two different companies, which was a huge relief! You absolutely get what you pay for! We are so happy with their work that we asked them to return in the spring to help us with another repair! Was one of many affected by one of the damaging storms that sweep through the Northeast. I called PDR and with the flooding and other damage that the storm brought, Jo was able to come out within a day to look at the damage. Within a couple days, PDR made sure all was removed to stop any further damage and mold. I also found out PDR also did the repairs and the remodeling. The dry wall, flooring was repaired in a time that I need the basement finished by. I could not be happier with the outcome and the reasonable price. Jo and Ryan at PDR really saved me from a highly stressful situation. A few months before my first child was born a terrible storm hit and caused major water damage to the nursery. Never having to deal with a situation like this before and the clock ticking on my child being born, I desperately needed help. A friend referred PDR, I explained my situation. Jo came out in a timely manner and resolved my issues quickly. They were always on time, kept great communication and a clean work area. PDR were by far the best contractors I have ever hired. Our basement got flooded last month from the Tropical Storm Isaias, We immediately called 20+ companies and no kidding, no one was able to come within 3+ days because so many folks got flooded too (in fact they all put me in their waiting lists). We found PDR number after scouring the internet, and were able to talk to Jo (the owner of PDR). He was able to come the next day with his crew (it must have been several trucks!) to our house and literally did an amazing (and fast!) job of water mitigation. The next several days was dry out process and his crew again checked daily for the moisture content of the basement!
All the meantime Jo was also helping us understanding if there're other issues (other than torrential rain) that worsen the flood. He checked the french drain channel system, all the pipes etc around the house. And most importantly he also helped me so much with the INSURANCE claim! Wow!

We also had Jo and Ryan rebuild the basement. They worked with our budget and incredibly fast in rebuilding our basement. They started last Tuesday and we have the basement fully done and finished in less than one week. The price they gave us was also reasonable, they worked with our budget and tried to give us the best for our money. We cannot thank Jo and Ryan (and Ben and Mike, and the rest of his crew) enough. It's been a stressful situation but we are glad we had PDR to help us putting our basement back - they are definitely professional and trustworthy.
