When I came into the building to apply for my birth certificate, the two women at the windows were VERY rude and unprofessional.the one with the braids is a an ignorant human being and needs to be fired immediately.she was no help at all.every question I had, the answer was “no. ” she did not even take the time to look at the documents that I had with me.she also lied to me and said that I could not apply for my birth certificate online. I told her that I applied online, paid $30, and did not receive anything.she said “they are not taking online orders” and that I would have to pay again (an additional $20) which was not true at all.she had a really bad attitude with me for no reason at all.when I switched windows to talk to the other lady, she told her to not talk to me, and I feel as though that was very unnecessary.they both ignored me the whole time and I will be taking action on this situation.
