6I am a long time member who uses the Townsend Road Service Center. Everyone is always polite and helpful. I've never had a problem. They could up the interest rates a bit.
Soo 2 words.fraud prevention.
Now, I love that this bank is really trying to keep the frauds out. But I had to speak with fraud prevention THREE TIMES today. THREE TIMES. For transactions that were not suspicious and were recurring transactions. What if I was in a true emergency? Why does pfcu hold your money hostage? Idk but I am switching to a bank that actually uses smart technology. If the transactions are going to the same person, why flag? Utilize the smart technology handed to you. There are smarter banks out there. Do not waste your time with this decrepit bank with their decrepit systems. Do better.
I use to be a member years ago, do to unfortunate circumstances I had to withdrawal my membership, tried to go back but they denied me, it did not matter I was just trying just because I’m a Pffcu fan which is 100 percent better! So whoever the.manager is at Clarendon st phila who denied me you can kiss all I twist Lol.
I've been with this credit union for 22years. As well as my son and daughter. They have treated me so well and help me reach my life goals. Low percentage rate loans. I feel safe and secure about continuing during business with them.
I love the location and the hours and cleanliness of the bank however twice this happened to me i filled out a bank slip in drive though to put my money in my saving i filled out the slip correctly but the tellers put the money in my checking the first girl gave me attitude like it was my fault when i asked ger to correct this because iam trying to save next time i got a young man i thought not again he corrected the mistake and apologized and I made sure to tell him that this was the second time this happened to me and the Tellers should be paying more attention.
