14Arrived for my 2 pm appointment to open my second business account. I was missing a form and contacted the state to send it right over so I could open the account. The PFCU representative was patient and willing to allow me to wait 15 mins for the form to arrive in my email. No one was in the lobby waiting but me. The line outside was only for the ATM as I heard the supervisor ask if anyone had an appointment. The supervisor kicked me out and said they had no room for me to wait. I was literally sitting next to 2 empty chairs. I've been a member for 3 years. I will never use this branch again.
Horrible maintenance, constant issues with ATM or closed or confusion.the customer service is poor. This branch should close.
This is my neighborhood credit union. They have always provided me with great customer service. I love how they serve the community with organizing shredding events throughout the year. I was able to take out a car loan to purchase my car, as well as benefit from other services they provided.
DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK & BRANCH:
I have been a member just under three years and things have gone from good to incomprehensible. Frequent mistakes-terrible attitudes -incompetence and know my money was given to someone else because no one is doing their jobs. I will never ever do business with this bank again! Wow I’m sickened by this poor disgraceful excuse for a bank.
Please get another ATM.the line for it is always ridiculous like come on! Always wait 25 min for the freaking ATM
One of the worst banks to bank with. Lack of communication. When I went to the teller window, lost my identification, received no contact from them!
The tellers at this branch are not only professional, but they are nice. I've been a member of PFCU for over 20 years and have been to most of the branches so I've seen them all. Whoever is hiring the ladies at this branch is doing a good job.
Useless 24/7 fraud prevention system. Call them and they cant do anything I have to call customer service during normal business hours meanwhile I get to watch online as more money is taken.
ATM never works. There are a few branches scattered about Philadelphia. You would be driving a good distance to deposit a check or cash. Only to find the machine doesn’t work.
The credit union has very nice employees, BUT my issue is with this certain branch. Pfcu charges you a fee for every little thing but their ATM NEVER works. So for a person like me who cant make it inside before office hours close. I occur many fees and that's very frustrating! This is the second time this week I came to this branch and the ATM was not working. The deposit field of this ATM NEVER works. This is my neighborhood location and it's not convenient at all. But pfcu makes sure they slap a fee on your account. So with all that being said no one will get a good rate/review from me for this company. I referred one person. I won't be referring another!
Omg, I was frightened about a loan application that I filled out online, but Ivory and Nan helped me. I really needed this loan and they helped me get what I needed, I am so grateful and happy for their help!
Worst bank I've ever had an account with. They're completely incompetent and shady with deposits.
I was told to come in at 4: 30 to sign loan documents at Germantown Ave why am I still sitting here at 5: 50 not waited on.
The ATM is a disgrace! Often down! The wait time at this branch is insulting. Totally impersonal and the video teller situation is the worst! For a high volume branch the service is time consuming and sluggish. This branch needs two ATM's, one outside and in.
