Staff was awesome, Nina Ngo Pa-c Is absolutely the best took time talk with my son didn't rush anything best of all didn't push any unnecessary texts or treatments HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Never called about my results and the way they conduct payments is horrible. The response? “I’m sorry you feel that way. ” DON’T COME HERE.

I am extremely unhappy about the unprofessionalism that these doctors show to their patients. What is going on at this practice? My daughter had a colonoscopy a month ago. The doctor wanted to find out if there was Crohn’s Disease or IBS. It’s been almost 6 weeks and we have yet to hear back from the doctor. Several messages have been left pleading for a call back.

The doctor has completely dropped the ball here. Funny how the were quick to take my money and send the bills out.
I am confused. I am disappointed and I am getting very frustrated.

OFFICE operator or management:

Why do you have a phone if you are not going to actually answer it?

-Have been trying to reach them for months (not exaggerating) to make an appointment, no one answers the phone.
-Called to get a refill, no one answered- primary doctor had to refill it until I could get an appointment. This is medical neglect.
- Called to cancel a procedure because I was sick an didn't want to take someone else spot, couldn't find a person to actually cancel with. Left 4 voicemails.

DOES anyone work here? Is this a doctors office where people can turn to for continuity of care with their established doctors? Severely unprofessional, whoever works in this office should really be evaluated for lack of competency.

Disappointed completely, Ive been a patient here for 8 years- I would need 8 years worth of records to find another doctor.

I wish there were negative or zero star choice.
Be careful to choose the doctor you visit. The copay can be hundred dollars different.

Dr. Dana Campetti called her patient a '''Liability''. EXCUSE ME? ! Liability! How unprofessional, rude and distant can you be? Especially since your solution for everything is prednisone and thats it. Oh and you have no issue with your patient going to the hospital every two weeks since you dont know how to treat them or get them a close follow up appointments esepcially whenthey were just discharged from the hospital and need a follow up appointment ASAP but the patient is the liability? ! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN,

My doctor was Cory BROTZ the guy is a stight up Jerk! Doesn't want to take his time to listen to your problems that's going on he's real quick wants you in and out on Appointments rushes you off the phone my last Conversation with him was over the phone I had to pretty much beg him for me to get an ultrasound done him & his staff are really RUDE it feels like that I'm being yelled at. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GI DOCTOR. Oh & if doesn't agree on what medication your on he will call that doctor & have it stopped even if you were on it for 6 months to a year terrible.

Had a colonoscopy on 3/1/21 got there at 8: 00am not even 10 minutes, I was in the back crying ready for the procedure. And was done in about 20-30 minutes. Excellent staff, super friendly.

I call to setup appointments today 11_12_20 around 4pm and the lady who picked my call was so rude, she even ask if there was someone around me that could speak better English because she couldn't understand my English. I felt so bad.will ask my Dr to recommend another GI
