Can’t recommend this practice and Dr. Mary more strongly; I am a true acupuncture novice, but was looking for a way to ease my consistent headaches and hopefully help build consistent sleep patterns. Not only have both issues shown significant improvement in my first month of weekly appointments, but I’m even working with Dr. Mary on secondary fertility flows as well.
She has been a graceful, calming, knowledgeable presence in my weeks since I started at the practice, and I’m excited to continue my acupuncture journey here going forward. Very comfortable and relaxing environment and a great massage from Ben! He listened and communicated well, checking in with me periodically throughout without overdoing it. The massage was a nice mix of more intensive deep tissue work and relaxation/feeling good. Would definitely go back!

Dr. Cashman is a wonderful practitioner. I have been coming in for acupuncture sessions over the past four months, and I really have felt and have seen the improvements after the treatments. He is one of the only acupuncturists I have seen that does a very thorough intake to make sure he understands the patients comprehensive medical history, listens attentively to concerns, and make sure to give you holistic acupuncture treatment.
