Philadelphia Parking Authority Impound Lot

That place is a scam unorganized they don't know the prices which they giving their customers people who complain about this place as much as they possibly can't talk to their state representatives

This is where you go when something goes wrong. In my case my car passed out late at night in Philadelphia and my only choice was to leave it and try and sort it out the next day (because the towing company I called did not show up after repeatedly saying they would). Anyway, given the circumstances, the employees were pleasant and sympathetic. Still had to pay, of course.

And maybe the people who complain are a teeny bit in need of an attitude adjustment and had a bad experience because they behave in such a way as to confirm that they do indeed have a capacious rectum.

The staff here is great. My car was towed and while it was a fortune and wildly inconvenient, the staff here worked with me and helped me get my car very quickly. I needed to use my phone and an employee even lent me his phone charger. Not the place anyone ever wants to be, but the staff here is incredibly friendly and tries to help you as much as they can.

If you're looking for a car for a reason oh sorry go down to the Philadelphia parking authority you'll definitely find something there that you can work with.

Nobody likes to go to the parking authority but when I get pick up my car the people there were very nice

Worst place you can ever be in they have the worst staff ever they rude ignorant remind me of hitler and Back to slavery time

Biggest scam in the state they will give u a ticket.take your vehicle.charge u.sell your property to someone else.and start the process all over again

They gave me car back with damage to the under body. I file a claim and they denied it! This organization all their affiliates are straight thieves!

What can I say about the efin PPA OTHER THAN it sucks BIG TIME some of the staff is kool very few the whole system is rigged every person is paying $300 plus just to get their car out you have to see the judge anywayz my car was in there not even 12 hours and all together i ended up paying $500 MFKIN BUCKS

The Lord bless me with a beautiful and good running car for a reasonable price. Amen thank you Lord.
