The woman who answered got annoyed and hung up the phone on me while I was calling about a crime. Very unprofessional

It is highly evident that the police overall do not necessarily care about the community unless its "worth their while". The building has a serial package thief with evidence on camera of said person stealing. However, a detective won't investigate unless the package itself is worth 1800. The package thief over the course of his/her time has stolen more than that, but that doesn't matter. This is exactly why no one reports anything to the police and why crimes go unreported. If it isn't large enough monetarily, they won't do anything about it. I appreacite them for proving this point.

We had great support from Officer Nguyen (2679) when we were addressing a lost item situation. Not only did he listen patiently and note down all the important details, but he gave a good account of the todo items that he will have and followed up appropriately. Ultimately, we were able to retrieve the lost item. Office Nguyen is doing great work in this community!
