This is an excellent facility for high risk pregnancy care, for genetic counseling and for prenatal ultrasound. The personal connection with each patient cannot be found in any other facility. The leading team of providers is with 20 years experience in the field of Obstetrics & Gynecology, High-Risk Pregnancy and Genetics.

I am working there and unfortunately I cannot comment on specific patients' reviews and the motivation of these individuals to provide this review especially not when they present themselves as ACTIVE patients. Not sure why anyone who feels this way - will continue to come for care in the office. It does not make sense.
However, it sadden me to read that patients provide our center with this poor review.
We are providing our patients with long dedicated time specific to their problems - this is provided by our doctors (OB providers), counselors and ultrasound techs. Even though some of our patients do not have insurance, many of the services are given "for free" and others are half the price of other facilities. It is indeed frustrating that patients still have no appreciation for the excellent service that they receive by the best professional team. We are going to review each comment and check its validity and of course see what could be done to improve. I can assure you that patients receive the best care in Philly Pregnancy Center -and we have many patients, the quiet majority who can attest on the best safe care provided with our goal for healthy mother and healthy baby.

Respectfully, I strongly recommend a decluttering and update of the space as well as retraining of staff. A little too much receptionist attitude from one & lack of professionalism from the other. I wanted to like this place as centers like this one are very much needed, but definetly stepping up the game and image would do more good.

I have been to this pregnancy center two times, cause my primary doctor's office failed to make appointment with Jefferson Hospital. The first visit, their front desk, the guy who speak both Madarin and English charged me $60 cash without any receipt or proof. And now they send me a letter again to ask for the same amount payment. They are so irresponsible and not professional, so be careful if you are thinking about going there.

They took great care of me and my baby. Office is a small and somewhat private space and great for teen moms who might think their pregnancy is an embarrassment, no embarrassment here! Everyone is caring and doing the right thing!

Put completely wrong information on my ultrasound images, I waited over an hour to be seen for an appointment I scheduled and paid $157.50 for and only received 8 photos. My first and last time here. The worst place to have imaging done smh I'm mad I wasted the money

Had an awesome experience with my high risk doctor, Dr. Geiffman. She took good care of me throughout my whole pregnancy. I delivered a healthy baby and gained my back my strength right after. The staff was really awesome too!

Carrie (spelling?), the ultrasound tech, is fantastic! She's kind, personable, and adds to the excitement we're feeling as we're expecting our first child. THANK YOU!

Dr. Geifman and staffs in PPC truly care about patients health and they always take care of patients' needs. The place makes you feel like at home. They also have Chinese service, which is a great help for different language speaking patients. If you care about your partners and the babies, this is the perfect place to go for.

Terrible UNSAFE experience here. Never again! Ladies, you deserve a safe pregnancy: DO NOT GO HERE!

Dr Geiffmann & her team monitored both of my high risk pregnancies in 2015 & 2016. All staff were always pleasant to deal with, professional and knowledgeable. They all made me feel like I was apart of their family and Dr Geiffmann's expertise are impressive.

Excellent ultrasound tech - was great to do anatomy scan of my baby, gave me pictures including 3D pictures. Then I saw the high- risk doctor who resolve all my worries about my diabetes - answered all my questions, loved her. I am happy to return every week as I was told. My obgyn doctor swears by this practice and refers all her patients. Love it.

I came here last year when i was pregnant with my youngest son. I was treated well, my concerns were addressed. The woman that did my ultrasounds was extremely knowledgeable, she took her time explained everything she was doing and measuring etc. Dr. Holtzman is very sweet and professional. She answered all the questions that I had and was very respectful of the choices i made. I've had bad experiences at other ultrasound places, so I will always choose this place from now on. If you get good service why go anywhere else? I highly recommend this place.

My wife and I went to Philadelphia Pregnancy Center for our 20 week anatomy ultrasound. Dr Geifman-Holtzman was very helpful and friendly. She took her time and answered all of our questions about our baby's development. We will definitely be going back next time we need anything!

Dangerously incompetent. Misread my ultrasound- dating AND gender were incorrect, and the doctor used terrifying language to tell me that my baby would likely have a heart defect (which was false) and advised me to consider an abortion (!). The nurse wasn't trained in drawing blood, so after she made several mistakes the doctor took over herself. She accidentally poked herself with my needle and then angrily demanded that I take an HIV test to see if she was at risk!

I am giving ultrasound technician one star as she is nice to talk to. But the place so unprofessional. The receptionist made me and my husband feel uncomfortable there. After the Ultrasound, they told us to go to the Doctor's office so the doctor can explain the measurements on the pic. We went in to the office and the doctor look at us so confused and asked me if I needed the room? ! Then we were told to sit outside the waiting room but the doctor didn't even come out. So nothing got explained to us but give us two piece paper and said go do the blood work from other lab without telling me when and where until I asked. I am not recommend this place at all to any of my friends.

I give 5 stars and more to this center, to the doctors, to the ultrasound technician and to the staff. No better place for a professional team of High-Risk Doctors, Genetics Counseling and Ultrasound. Everyone took their time to work with me on this complicated problem that I was found to have. Dr Geifman-Holtzman is the best, not only a great doctor but also a human being. I went to a few places before I "landed" in Philadelphia Pregnancy Center. If you have any problem during pregnancy or if you just interested in Ultrasound on your baby - this is the place to go and this is the best doctor to see. I highly recommend this - Trust me you will not regret.

I agree with the previous post. They do not explain anything to you, the doctor does not give you the time required and most times she doesn't know, especially for a new moms this is important. I like the older blonde hair ultrasound tech and the nurse practitioner Terry is very personable. Besides these two factors, do not go here! Seek another OB healthcare provider. I only continued to come here due to my HMO affordable healthcare insurance.
Early August, when my new insurance coverage starts I'll be 30 weeks exactly, I am leaving and taking my medical records to another OB provider.
