Philadelphia Runner

I have never really enjoyed running, so I went to Philadelphia Runner to talk about which shoes I should consider. The staff was very helpful. They listened to what I had to say, did the gait analysis, and suggested 4 different pairs of shoes to try on. I tried on all 4 pairs, and the shoes I ended up choosing are incredibly comfy and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience.

Very nice location, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, will be purchasing from them again!

Jessica is a gem. As an over-40 runner with issues she observed my gait and listened to my feedback on every shoe I tried on.

I bought my last 3 pairs of shoe here and I plan to return when my latest ones need replacement.

This place is the BEST! The staff at this location (Manayunk) is so good. Jessica & Daryl are awesome. Finally sold me on some Asics. Can’t wait to put them to use. I recommend this place to anyone who is a runner, plans on running or just wants some cool running gear to check them out. Once again thank you guys!

The staff was wonderful and knowledgeable. They ran tests, let me test out the shoes on a treadmill and I found some seriously comfortable running shoes with the associate's suggestions.

And they offer a 15% military discount!

Great store for everything running. Nice selection of shoes and apparel. They also have group runs.

Fabtastic experience. Was helped by Niel who was patient and explained his thought process on how to pick a best pair of shoes for me. He had no problem waiting for me to try each shoe and go for a jog on the treadmill with them and even retrying shoes just to be sure. Also helped me go througb my gait and some general running tips. Great store and superb customer service.

The staff at Philadelphia Runner are awesome! I've been to both the
Manayunk and Center City stores multiple times in the past 6 months and every employee that has helped me or whoever I'm with has been well informed about the product, super friendly, and so helpful. It's refreshing to experience such great customer service, especially from Jess at the Manayunk store who patiently helped me find the perfect sports bra. I'm all stocked up for now, but I'll be back!

Place is top notch. The staff are the reason this shop is a must visit! Great people that know what they are talking about.

Philadelphia Runner now carries Nike, New Balance, North Face, Mizuno, Sugoi, Brooks, and Gore-Tex for gear. They also have Hoka One One, On, and Saucony shoes.

Justin was very helpful in finding me the right shoes. He was patient and I appreciated his advice.

They have a poor selection. Only carry Nike, UA, & Reebok apparel. Those brands don't cater to runners. Where's Brooks, Saucony, etc? Not here!

Great, knowledgeable staff that were willing to stay after closing time to make sure the customer was satisfied prior to purchasing a pair of shoes. That sort of dedication is hard to come by in today's society.

Went in today. Great specialty running shop. Justin was awesome at helping decide on the best pair of new running shoes for me, I am very indecisive, but he was patient and went through like 5 pairs of shoes with me telling me all about them. Very knowledgeable staff and have gear that not many other stores will. Definitely worth the extra bucks to be able to try stuff on and use the treadmill to see how shoes feel in action! Recommend stopping in.

I walked in with a broken toe situation and walked out with an over-satisfied foot. The customer service was stupendous, and they helped me find the perfect fit. I recommend to all walkers/runners/athletes.
