I ordered 60 American Lock A10s KA. They came in from the factory and still made great time. All the locks worked as expected and I got a great price. The sales team was also great about giving me updates on my order. Highly Recommend using PSP.

I would not recommend this company. Mike is rude and will waste your time.

I tried to order three locks and one chain with custom codes ($41 total). After I ordered, I got a call from them asking me to call back (no details), when I called I talked to Mike, he said one (and only one) of my locks could not be custom coded, he specifically said the other's were good, I asked him to change the one that couldn't to the other one, he said he'd do that. Great, right? I then got a generic auto-email asking me approve a $28 charge, it appeared to be switching the lock out, but was not very clear. Then, a week later I get an email invoice for $71, doubled shipping, FOUR locks, and changing all the locks. I figured must be a miss understanding, so I called (I was still prepared to pay the $40 for three locks).

Mike told me that he previously told me (which he did not) that all the locks didn't work, so they had to change them all. He also said he told me that the chain would cost double to ship, because it had to come from somewhere else (he never told me that). I said that I originally only wanted three locks, -he then interrupted and said I'll just cancel your order because "we get orders for thousands of locks. " Implying my order wasn't worth his time.

He then HUNG UP on me! Save the hassle, go somewhere else.

Great resource for large orders of locks needing to be keyed alike. Good communication and updates.

One stop shop. Have ordered from them multiple times. Can attach chain and shackles to their locks for a very good price, awesome.

Bought ABUS security chain. Reasonable price, prompt delivery, product in excellent condition. Couldn't be more pleased.

I don't recommend it to anyone.

I placed an order and eight days later it was cancelled, with no explanation.
Days later I placed another order, and again eight days later my order was cancelled.
My money was sitting for over 2 weeks and nothing was resolved.
And I never got a message with an explanation.
This company looks down on customers.

Ordered a lock from them on May 23, June 10th now and we have yet to receive our item. Called to check on it, they said it was apparently lost by UPS and they would investigate it. I asked if they could just go ahead and ship me another one because I had already been waiting so long. I was told they WOULD NOT ship another one until their investigation with UPS is done. WOW is all I have to say. Lock was never lost by UPS. It had never even been scanned at pick up. This company is a SCAM! Beware. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR ALL YOUR LOCK NEEDS! Terrible company with even worse customer service.

This company has terrible customer service. We ordered a custom lock on June 3. On July 6 I received an email that it had been delivered. Only ot wasn't delivered to me. When I called the "Customer Service" Rep beraded me as if it was my fault it got lost. What a jerk!

Ordered 3 padlocks from the website, all keyed the same. Email communication was excellent. Product arrived in a week (cross country delivery). Locks were exactly as described, individually boxed in one package and shipped via USPS. Work perfectly.
