Philadelphia Vision Center reviews
12Been going there for over 20 years and it’s mostly the same employees that work their after all these years. I can say I have never had a bad experience for me or my children?
Great cause it’s local. But hours say 9: 30 I’ve been waiting since before then. It’s now almost 9: 50 and no one is anywhere to be found.
Update your hours if your employees can’t get to work on time.
Update: they are closed today, but I mean update your online presence to reflect that. Everyone doesn’t have the time to come read your door.
FeFe was very nice and professional. Her service was excellent
The optometrist was good! I'll be back.
I have been to this Vision center before and it didn't take over two weeks. The ladies I talk to are very pretty and nice in the office.
Screw wasnt going into hinges properly. A different vision center had tried to fix without success, but this location fixed it in less than 5 minutes. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and would highly recommend!
Paid 140$ for glasses all for them to brake weeks later they are over priced they want 109 to fix them the owner is very rude I been going here for 4 ye because it very local and I’m lazy but this enough save time go to American best
This place is not wheel chair accessible there are no signs stating that it is not a wheel chair accessible place. The doctor was rude and unprofessional and I'm so disappointed in the customer service from him.
Polite and courteous staff. Clean and my visit did not take long at all. The Optometrist did refer me to a different Dr for an extensive eye exam as they only do general check ups and eye glass prescriptions here. My fitting was swift and professional but I did have to ask the tech about scratch protection and the Dr did not note that i needed anti glare but otherwise not a bad experience
I got a very good service. They need to redone my glasses because my doctor was not exactly right in my new prescription. Thanks you to the all staff and the book The Puerto Rican woman whit red curly hair was the best. Thanks again for the good service
Ok so the Doctor is very sufficient! The counter girls are rude & unprofessional. Definitely are out of style / date with the merchandise. Plus they'll over charge u because they're business isn't making money. Just a waste of time!
I do not recommend this location. I told the optometrist for a year that I could not see out of my glasses. Especially the bifocals thinking it was me I went back a second time so over a period of 4 years I was getting horrible glasses. I took my glasses back because a screw fell out The young lady took my glasses to the back and scratched both lenses up completely! My lens had no scratches on them when I brought them in I only needed a screw replaced. So I walked around with glasses that I already could not see and now were scratched up until my insurance would pay for a new pair! The optometrist needs to retire. They must be hurting for business if they have to damage glasses to get someone to buy new pair. Haha I want to the eye institute and I can now see With the bifocals. I only gave it one star because they would not allow me to give a minus
Waste of time. Outdated machinery. Young staff lazy rude and unprofessional. Gave out wrong information regarding my visit, my insurance and was told am over 21 i don't get glasses. She was wrong. And did not follow up with me. Go to a real eye doctor.
