Philadelphia Water Revenue Bureau reviews
7The phone line is out of order and hasn’t been updated. They need actual people answering the phones not automated systems or emails because the don’t respond to any emails.
This is for miss green, she is on counter number 50 at 1: 22, anything i asked here her answer is No, seems like she is not here for help, thats the one reason no one opening new buissnes in philadelphia
Called for 3 days now, also accepted that they call me back.
And have emailed them multiple times still no response. This is worst service Philadelphia water department needs to step up there customer service team.
I don’t understand these people; need to get in touch with them but for the past two months I have not been able to contact someone. Yet they know how to send me a bill and place a notice that didn’t mean anything and was absolutely unnecessary. Why are these people in business again?
The water department in Philadelphia is the worst run organization I've ever encountered in my life. The staff truly has no idea what they are doing and they have a terrible attitude. When they can't figure out what they are doing they will get frustrated and take their anger out on you!
Badly run burocracy. Poor customer service. Difficult to get thru on the phone. Poorly trained/unqualified operators.
Back office is bad at keeping timely records and informing customers of changes to accounts.
Now that president Biden is giving the city millions in infrastructure money for the water department upgrades, are we still going to be hit for increases? The service charge and storm water (?) charge on my monthly bill is THREE TIMES my usage charge! I'm a
senior and over the past few years have consolidated laundry, take shorter showers, don't water my lawn and hand wash dishes instead of using the dishwasher in order to save money. Hell neither my dogs or my car don't get the baths or cleaning like they used to! Give us a break please! I also notice that there are no responses to any reviews whether good or bad from the water department. They're probably never read.
