The experience was good to try to get a car from the sales team but the people that make the decision in the office the white guy in the back office was overpriced in the cars cuz my friend had bad credit and I Kelley Blue book and it was 15000 and he charged me $20,000 for the car and it came out to 23000 and then the loan balance what we got to pay back for the percentage came out to 34000 $200 you do the math this is more than double of what this car is worth other than the price and the burden that they put on my friend I would have said this would have been a better experience but it's crazy for people to do this

I'm very happy with my monthly payments. Picked up a Rogue and absolutely love how underpriced it is for virtually the same vehicle.

They had a 25k miles Ford Fusion that I bought at a crazy good deal. The sales crew is very professional and addressed all of my concerns. I would 100% buy from them again.

Taking my review back. I took my car to be serviced on the SCHEDULED day and was informed by Gee AFTER my car had been there all day that they didn’t have the parts, the parts would be ordered and I would bring my car back. THAT WAS IN OCTOBER. Nobody in the service department ever answers the phone or call back. Someone will answer then transfer you to the service department and again NO ANSWER. It’s getting nasty out. I just want my car fixed

I heard the commercials like most people have but, I didn't believe it. So I decided to check out the site and a few days later I went there. I met & worked with Angel she was GREAT she didn't rush me and let me make my decision. THAT WAS KEY! I know for sure I got on her nerves because I was so indecisive as to what I wanted lol. But the whole team there was absolutely GREAT! I had some great choices & finally day 2 SMH lol decided on the Infiniti QX60. The entire process was STELLAR! I could've got what I really wanted, BUT I got what made sense! A word of advice: have REALISTIC expectations when you go there and you won't be disappointed! If you do then you'll walk in & drive out FOR SURE! They will definitely do their best to get you driving.
