PHILLY CHEESESTEAKS BERWYN

DO NOT GET FRIES! I ordered Garlic Parm Fries for $7, it came in a small styrofoam container, barely any fries in it. The fries were soggy and old, had a microscopic shaving of parm cheese and NO GARLIC POWDER what so ever. Complete rip off. The chicken cheesesteak was about $13.50 and very mediocre, chicken seemed like it was boiled and chopped up, roll was average. I hope to god they have good cheesesteaks hence the name but I will not be going back to try.

UPDATE: After the disappointing meal, I felt my stomach begin to gurgle and twist in knots as strange hellish noises grumbled from within. I frantically ran to the latrine as my body rejected the boiled disgraceful mess of a chicken cheesesteak before it ate away my insides. Thankfully I survived to tell the tale and warn you to STAY AWAY from the blinding yellow sign on Lancaster Ave which reads “Philly Cheesesteaks, ” for what they are serving is far from it.

**Response to Owner’s Response: I appreciate your response but the rolls weren’t the problem. Why are you not addressing the main issue which is charging $7 for a very small portion of old, soggy fries, charging $2 more than regular fries even though there was no garlic powder and a microscopic shaving of parmesan (microscopic meaning I could barely see any) ? Also the mediocre chicken cheesesteak that made me sick and cost a whopping $13.50? Thanks

I ordered two cheesesteaks and the meat was the worst. Heavily salted and a foul smell! I should’ve had the food tested as it gave me the runs before finishing it. Yuck!

Exceptional cheese steak and gyros! And I had a nice espresso and cannoli to finish a great lunch. Bina and Gio treat you like family. Even your Joe Fafadones eats here. Inside joke.

You're not going to walk away hungry. The specially philly cheesesteak was the size of 2 hands!

This place used to be the best in the area, but ever since the new owner took over the quality has dropped significantly. The chicken especially is near inedible.

Very good cheesesteak & fries. Friendly atmosphere and vibe. Only thing I would change is thinner onions that are more caramelized, should be no crunch on a cheesteak’. Will return.

Just a small place, but good sandwiches. Had a cheese steak and a ham and cheese hoagie. I could hardly fit the hoagie in my mouth! Give it a try.

Don’t do it. Chicken cheesesteak made me ill. There’s something not right about the meat. Didn’t try the steak - can’t speak for that.

A hidden gem in the area. Order style- you can put what you want in your cheesesteak- so loaded up on peppers and veggies. The sandwich was delicious.

Sandwich lacks flavor. Roll is not fresh. Have to bite and grind my teeth to get through the roll. This usually happens with rolls that are not fresh. Asked for extra cheese and in my opinion I did not get it. Sad. I was excited to try this place.

My goodness this is the best cheesesteaks around in a 40 mile radius the food is fantastic the environment is fantastic its extremely clean in there and the owners are awesome great people I love this place

Good chicken cheesesteaks. Could use a world more of sauce but da sky is blue too. Not as good as Philly spots but still solid.
