Ask for a dark fade received on all side even. Nah this not the kind of treatment people need. Maybe the other barbers on point wish them the best.

Asked for long on top, and short on sides, and the guy I had completely almost shaved my whole head to a buzzcut. Also gave me a hard time about fade

Was looking for a place to get a cut while visiting the area and chose Philly Fade after doing some research. I am particular about my hair and cannot recommend Will enough. A professional who saw a photo of what I was looking for and did even a better job then my normal barber! The shop itself is clean and pleasant. Reasonably priced for a 10/10 haircut.

Lounes is easily one of the best barbers I’ve ever had. You show him a picture of exactly what you want and he delivers. Top notch service here!

They're quick and give good fades. Never too busy. Best to make an appointment as they book up. Highly recommend this place!

Moved from Philly to the Lansdale area and was worried about finding a good barber. Found this place and haven't been back since. Prices are good, they have a appointment app so you don't have to worry about spending 1/2 in the shop and they are open Sundays which helps alot too.

I asked for a cut that i can still style to the side, but all that happened was i got a whole bowl cut this guy cut my hair straight across and gave me a bowl cut. Don’t go there trust me there are better places. I won’t be outside for weeks.

Great service and great haircut. Only issue was the new scheduling computer system but I'm sure once they get use to it things will be way smoother.

Very professional, my grandson loved having his haircut on the car style seat and I love my own haircut they were very tedious and professional and did an excellent job, I would highly recommend!

My 2&1/2 year old and I went to get a haircut the day before Christmas at this place. They had the Grinch playing on all 8 TVs with the volume extremely loud. My lil man is terrified of the grinch so he starts to cry. While waiting for our turn I tried to console my lil one and stepped in on our several times. At this point the owner sees us but doesn’t do anything, which didn’t bother me as it’s my child. So our turn came and I asked the owner to change the channel twice, first time he ignored the request, so I asked again as the TVs were blasting. He responds saying “he can’t change the channel. ” At this point I walked out the shop and will not be returning.

Highly disappointed with the owners behavior as it was a simple request. He could have easily changed the channel or at the very least lowered the volume and turned of 1 TV set off out of the 8 or more in the shop. The owner was very insensitive and definitely does not understand the concept of good customer service. Not a kid friendly place and very uninviting.

Additionally they don’t take appointments and there’s ALWAYS a long wait. I’d reconsider before using this shop. There’s several other barbershops that are near by.

Literally every time I come here there is only one barber and like 20 people waiting! Good haircuts nice price but come on nobody shouldn’t have to sit in those chairs for 4 hours.

Go check out Jimmy! He did a great job! Did exactly what I asked! Good guy too! He was open an hour early for the early birds on the first day he was allowed to open after the pandemic. Go support the small businesses like Jimmy! You won’t be disappointed!

Today was my 3rd visit at Philly Fade Factory. I highly suggest making a VIP appointment on their website to guarantee a no wait time.

I always go with Jimmy. He has given me the best skin fade every visit. He is a very chill guy you can talk to and is very thorough with his cuts.

I see a few 1star negative reviews and they seem to be the same, someone being rude or waiting to long for a haircut. I call BS, me and my son have been going there for six years now and not once has anyone ever been rude to me and the longest I’ve ever waited was maybe an hour and a half and that’s on a busy day. Ppl need to realize that barbershops have busy days and slow days, if you happen to go on a busy day and can’t stand the wait time, all that says is that these guys are good at what they do. I’ve been a loyal customer of everyone there and the shop In General and will continue to be as long as I live in the Lansdale area. Keep it up guys, your doing great
