Highly recommend! Estee’s hypnobirthing course was transformative and provided me with the tools to ensure I was prepared and confident to navigate the labor and delivery process. Not only do you learn meditations and visualizations for coping with pain, but you also spend a lot of time learning about all of the options you have before, during and after labor. This education allowed me to have more focused and productive conversations with my care providers to achieve the birth I hoped for. So thankful for her class!

Absolutely incredible person to have on your birthing team! I contacted Estee rather late in my pregnancy as I had confided in a friend about my anxiety about the birthing process, and my friend asked if I had heard about hypnobirthing. I am so happy that she hinted at the practice, so I would find Estee Estee set up an expedited course for me and I cannot say enough about her as a personal coach on the birthing front. My birth was so incredible because of how she is able to calm worries and guide through the process in a meditative preparation. This was my second birth and it went COMPLETELY differently from the first. If I knew about her when I was pregnant with my first, forget it, it would have been much easier on my emotional state and for my babe. Thank you for being so great, Estee! You are changing lives.
