Philly Pretzel Factory, Philadelphia PA

So Today I made a purchase here. The services usually is always good. But, today it was horrible. When paying for my purchase I handed the lady my money in her hand. She sits my change on the counter. If you don’t want to hand people their change properly wear gloves

Not one employee had a mask on. Philadelphia has a mask mandate. This is a total lack of respect for the customers.

This South Florida girl loves these pretzel fresh soft and delish! Definitely will be coming here again mmm mmm mmm good?

Horrible! I ordered a letters and graduation caps on Friday for Sunday pick up. When ordering the kids working in there we’re confused on the price I asked them to get the manger so I can be charged correctly I highly doubt a graduation cap made of pretzels was a dollar the OWNER himself came over and corrected the price and assured me himself it would be made since he makes him. He joked and said now I gotta make sure I got the guy to come in to make them on Sunday which was him had no idea he was serious. Here we are Sunday 8 am I get a phone call from the pretzel factory informing me my pretzels can’t be made today because the person didn’t come in and she just hangs up. I go to the factory the manger/supervisor on duty says he doesn’t make letters or caps don’t know why the owner took the order since he’s the only one that does them and he ain’t coming in. I suggest calling to see if he plans on coming in later since I had a later pick up time? He says I’m not calling him right now maybe after 9 am and he still probably not going to make them because he ain’t coming in and the dough has to rise! Like what! I can’t believe this horrendous and unprofessional this place is poor customer service completely.

Great pretzels, great staff. Always treated great. Friendly and efficient. And they cook pretzels right (well done).

Love the pretzels but the pork roll and cheese sandwich was the worst, it was dried out and the pork roll was burnt

Stop, in to get 50 pretzels for the shop at work. They were coming right out of the oven. Brought some spicy mustard and cheese. They enjoyed it and this brought some laughter and conversation to the shop. Praise God.

Definitely not open at 6 or 7 even. Their store hours should just say ' When we get here'

Pretzels hot, staff pleasant even when outside temperature is 90, I can only imagine how hot is in there by ovens (I was standing near door thank goodnes). Always fresh products
