Went to pay with credit card and he said the pretzels were on him, the credit machine is down. I offered to pay cash and he refused and said, "an early Christmas gift. " Always the best pretzels!

The team at the Langhorne Philly Pretzel Factory are amazing! I tried to place an online order Wed afternoon for a Thurs morning order, but was receiving an error message. Of course by the time I called, they were closed. I called at 7am to pick up an order of 70 pretzels for 8am, and they delivered! Thank you for accommodating my order! Always my go to for a great soft pretzel!

I absolutely cannot recommend Philly Pretzel Factory in Langhorne enough! They are the most talented pretzel artists I have ever seen and most recently helped me celebrate my Instagram hitting 9k followers by creating a MAP IN THE SHAPE OF BUCKS COUNTY entirely made out of pretzels! I couldn’t believe how perfect it turned out!

I have also had the pleasure of getting to see numerous of their other creations in person and tried their popular pork roll egg and cheese sandwich on a pretzel bun!

I picked up pretzels for the 2nd time this month. Both times for work. The 1st time we bought the rivet and mini dogs tray and the rivets and mini cheese burgers tray for an Egg Hunt. Everything was fabulous! Today I purchased the Crowd Pleaser for National Pretzel Day and was treated to a pretzel bagel/cream cheese and extra pretzel. The staff are very helpful and always pleasant. Love the Brownie Batter. Thank you!

This review is long overdue. I have been coming here for a while. Great people. They always seem to be friendly and courteous. Brian is the man. Thanks the pretzels are awesome.

Really like this location. Girls are very friendly and they provide quick service. Prices are very good for the pretzels. Appreciate that they kept the lemonade machine open longer this year
