Horrible customer service, everyone is always rushing, left patches of hair, no parking, fyi be sure to keep your appointment and arrive on time, they will charge you 100% up front and not offer to compensate or refund at all! Don’t book! 1 star…I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I’ve been seeing Adrian for several months now. They are so knowledgeable, kind and professional!
Adrian was amazing. I had never had any form of waxing before and he walked me through the process easily. He was very professional and made things extremely comfortable for me. Highly recommend, especially if you are queer or trans.

Cannot recommend highly enough.
Would not recommend this place. I made an appointment and canceled it within the span of 12 hours (due to finding out I needed to travel for work), mind you - I made an appointment that was 3 weeks out as I was planning ahead. I still have NOT gotten refunded $60. It has been two weeks since I have canceled and they stated it would take 5-8 business days to get my refund back. I have emailed two times and tried calling their number, but all it does is beep.
