Tried making an appointment since Monday (6 days ago) calling everyday since, sometimes twice a day, left about 5 messages asking for a call back.needless to say maybe this review will get their attention, but I won’t hold my breath. Great job being attentive to your patients and delivering the quality of healthcare we deserve.

DO NOT GO HERE! I have never gone by reviews and figured I'd try this office as I was desperate. I wish I would have followed the reviews and not wasted my time by going and coming out Everytime frustrated, angry and CRYING! I went 5 times and stopped going. Figured I have a wall at home that listens better! Absolutely horrible and should be thoroughly investigated!
DON'T GO
PS. It won't let me give negative 10 billion stars

I would not recommend this place to anyone, I had an appointment, waited 30 minutes to be seen just to find out that the therapist never showed up. Nevertheless the staff is horrible!

Why don’t you ever answer the phones? The medications have not helped like I’ve attempted suicide multiple times since I’ve came here and I told my therapist time and time again and he hasn’t helped nor given any memorable advice like I literally pay y’all $30 to vent for 45 minutes that’s not helping me and it takes forever to get new medications and y’all me the lowest dosage after multiple attempts of suicide? What is this? I’m disgusted I make more progress talking to someone else for free than spending $30 like I’m a broke college student this service is horrible.

The location at 821 Huntingdon Pike is ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC.i never ever write reviews but this place should not be allowed to treat patients who suffer from any type of illness. You come there to treat your anxiety, instead they give you more anxiety.i had 2 appointments and both appointments the nurse practitioner was running late (and not by 5 min). #1 I am not there to see a nurse, i wanna see a doctor, #2 The customer service is horrific. # 3 They never call you to remind you of your appointment. THE WORST OFFICE EVER, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. The only bright side is the front desk ladies were very apologetic and understood my frustration.

Long but important->-> Do not go here! My daughter was with me when she decided to take the first step in calling for mental health help and ended up speaking with a lady named Stacey who answered the phone in a very rude manor. She told my daughter, who is 22, they were not accepting new patients to try another office location. My daughter and I called back to get the number to different locations but to our surprise we spoke to a different person, Gabriella, she answered the phone and took all my daughters information! My daughter was successful in making an appointment. Ironic right? Because of how nice and caring as she was and as helpful and polite as she was to my daughter on the phone, unlike the First Lady, we felt like maybe we found a great match that my daughter could finally get the help that she needs. Fast forward to the actual appointment. We checked in with Gabriella and she asked if we needed any help with papers to let her know. She was super nice and helpful with a smile on her face. Meanwhile the other staff can be seen and heard talking and laughing rudely about patients in the waiting room and giving awful rude looks. They are so unprofessional and I can’t imagine reading the reviews how many patients have left this practice due to the front desk people but yet they keep them! It’s a shame how many patients must you lose and how many awful reviews must you get before you make a change? It’s sad that they try and push off patients who need help to other places because they don’t care about you and are just pure rude and pure lazy! As if mental health isn’t hard enough to admit to someone in the first place. My daughters therapist was great but due to the front desk we will no longer return. I recommend this place to no one. The management and Stacey should be ashamed of themselves.

My therapist and psychiatrist are excellent but the office is not run properly. They still do paper charts and they charge patients for services that the insurance will cover if they do an authorization but they don't feel like doing it because it's too much work for them. They alsodon't provide patients with a visit summery, instead they charge you for a copy of the visit and somehow it is 6 pages every time! I would love to report them and have them shut down but then many patients would lose their therapist. There is 1 doctor who is an ass whole to my son and keeps giving him meds that are not for mental disorders.

I would give this office zero stars if I could. Half of my anxiety comes from trying to get the damn medications that I’ve been taking for 12 years. They don’t answer. They don’t call back. They don’t refill your scripts. I could not feel less cared for by a doctor’s office. My doctor and therapist are actually great but it is run horribly.

Completely unprofessional staff and inappropriate business practices. My son was an established patient of Dr. Yeo for over a year. We had made a Friday appointment the previous Monday via phone with the staff. The day of the appointment I drove 2 hours in snow and left work early to make the appointment because they were not answering the phone for me to find out if the office was still open and they will charge $100 if I miss appointment. When we arrive, the entire staff left early, but they did not cancel the appointments. Dr Yeo comes into the waiting area, acts like he has never laid eyes on my son before and says you aren't on my schedule and I will not see him. I explained that we it took us 2 hours to travel and I had to leave work and that this was just a follow up he needed to discuss medication issues and he still turned us away. I have never experienced a so-called medical professional turn away a child from a quick follow up visit because their staff made a mistake. I have worked in the medical profession for 15 years and this is absolutely unacceptable. This was the final straw, between the horrendous front desk staff's rudeness and lack of professionalism, being billed for appointments I didn't have, and now to have the actual provider treat us like this. We will be finding a new practice. STAY AWAY!

Terrible service. They don’t answer your calls and when you actually get to talk to someone on the phone, they don’t put your appointments into the system or call in your meds. Save yourself pain and aggravation and go someone else.
