PHL Park & Ride

DO NOT USE! This place is as unreliable as it gets. You do not park on your own. This place is crowded with cars already when you come into the lot, you are lost & don't know what to do. There is no one outside to help. There is one rude valet guy who seems to be tired of his job, he give YOU the attitude. I feel like they don't even have enough parking space but still selling spots to make money. They're just stacking up the cars however they feel like. Shuttle is definitely not on demand. We waited a good hour before we were picked up from the airport. The driver of the shuttle was extremely unprofessional & rude. After showing me so much attitude, he had the audacity to ask for tip. When I didn't, he sighed. Well if you expect a tip, provide better service. We waited to be dropped off, for checking in our car, waited to be picked up & waited to get our car back. Our car was still not parked properly in a spot even when we left for the airport making me worried. It's a unnecessary hassle & stress. I'll never use their service again. It's a joke.

Terrible service. Waited over a hour for shuttle service to pick me up to return to my car from the airport. Had to call three times. Driver supposedly came when he didn’t. Not reliable at all. If you don’t mind spending hours in the airport waiting for shuttle service then go for it. You’re better off Ubering back to your car. Made me load my own luggage into the truck once they did arrive. I couldn’t believe it. Never had such bad service like this before. Never parking my car with them again.

Rude driver on the way to the airport. I loaded my own luggage and opened my own door. And he even had the nerve to stand and wait for tip. Absolutely not. I ended up getting an Uber ride back to the lot since no one came to pick me up. I called twice and they assured they were on their way. I assure that I won't be using this lot again.

I can't speak to the quality of the hotel itself but the parking and shuttle service were fantastic. The staff was extremely professional and organized and made me feel confident leaving my car while I went on vacation. The shuttle service was prompt taking us to the airport and even better picking us up from the airport and taking us back to the hotel.

On the way back from the airport our driver, Lee, was awesome. He was extremely friendly, personable, and professional.

After parking at many sketchy motels and such in the area for trips to the airport, I would definitely recommend this location.

We Arrived a little late and was checked in immediately, shuttle was readily available waiting and took us to airport for on time check in. Everything went smooth when we came back a few days later. Will book again and definitely recommend to others!

Not close to the airport. 30 minute wait for shuttle to pick up and then another 30 minutes for valet to bring car.

Not sure if it is the "not enough staff" but the shuttle service from the airport was not good. After 45-minute waiting for the shuttle there were too many people. We ended up taking an Uber. Don't think I'll park there again.

Park here all the time for airport parking, will definitely be using there services in the future!

I've used this place once before and didn't have the greatest experience, but it was cheap so I figured why not try it again? My experience this morning was enough for me never to use them in the future and warn everyone else. I got to the hotel at 310am. They only have one shuttle running and it didn't come back until 345. The driver was rude, but announced loudly at the start that tips are basically expected for the subpar service (we all put our own luggage in and he didn't even close the side doors). I'm currently sitting anxiously on the shuttle praying I make my flight. Stay far far away from this place.

Person told me to take an Uber instead of taking the free included shuttle (that’s how long it takes)

Park here all the time and they always have provided me great service and prompt pickups. Will use them again for sure!

Worst parking experience ever! Should have taken the warning from the other reviewers. The shuttle driver is rude and told me he was at the pick up location when he was nowhere to be found. I ended up taking an uber. The free shuttle is pointless because even the front desk will tell you to take an uber when they dont know when the shuttle will be back. Do not go here if you care about arriving to your flight on time. I saw many people in the hotel lobby just sitting around anxiously waiting for a shuttle that is unreliable.

This is the worse experience anyone can ever have. The staff is unorganized; the shuttle driver is never on time and rude with the customers. You are expected to tip the shuttle driver and the valet parking person when traveling and when you come back. If you have a compliant or when you arrive and calls for pickup, the front desk will say it's the driver job and you have to call him/her, and the driver will tell you call the front desk to arrange, and both of them play you off and don't even care.

Great location and great customer service, been parking at this location for a couple years now!
