No one every picks up the phone at the main desk. I have called numerous times. That is serious problem especially when can't hold of love one or the social worker to talk too.

They treated my mother like a prisoner!
My mother ended up at Abington several times because of dehydration.

Do not leave your love one here!

The social worker Courtney and the director of nursing Michael are liars. They did not help my mother. They didn't care about her wellbeing. The were in sensitive to her needs. When asked about her care during Covid, they denied access of information, claiming hippa when she was unable to represent herself. I wouldn't put a person that I disliked here. Shame. Shame. Shame

Horrible place. I would give no stars if I could. My grandmother passed away at the beginning of the Covid outbreak and the family wasn't able to get inside the facility to get her belongings. We were told everything was being put into storage until it was safe to get it. My mother specifically told them to make sure all the framed artwork from her room was taken off the walls as my grandmother had painted the pieces. When my Mom was finally allowed to pick up her belongings she was given 4 bags of clothes and a couple photographs in frames. Where is all of her art? Where are her knick knacks? Where is her television? Where is all her furniture? It seems noone knows. The social worker, Courtney Nicolosso, won't return any of our family's calls. Jose, who was in charge of emptying the room, referred us to the cleaning girl, Tamekah Cooper. She claims she didn't clean out the room. She was supposed to check the storage room again but never bothered calling back with the results. Nobody is accepting responsibility or willing to help. There are a lot of places to get care for your loved ones. Do yourself and your family a favor and don't pick this one.

My mom has been at Phoebe Wyncote for 1 and1/2 years. She resides in the personal care area. The staff is wonderful. My mom has flourished under their care. She has even gained some much needed weight. She enjoys the food and the staff even make sure to have her favorite dessert on hand whenever she wants. I never have to worry about her care, the staff are caring and patient. It’s the little things like her treasured desserts that make my mom so happy.

The residents have been quarantined due to covid. Fortunately there have been no cases in personal care which speaks volumes to me! The staff is always cleaning and it shows. It even smells clean.always!

Kudos to the PC staff! Thank you for being so wonderful and caring to my mom!

My Mom is currently living at Phoebe, she cant say enough great things about the staff, doctors and nurses!
She enjoys every meal, she just loves it there!
