Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Especially staff member Jennifer Frick. She was able to get to the root of my problem. I would recommend her and the rest of the staff to anyone. It was the best physical therapy place I had gone to for treatments. Lots of days & different times to choose from and they worked with you and your schedule. That's what impressed me the most was the availability they had to offer. All the staff was very nice and helpful. They really got me on track with my pain and problem. I would like to extend my appreciation to all of them, especially Jennifer for taking the time to work with me being patient with me! Thank you so much. Take care! Miss you all!

Staff, from front desk through physical therapists are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. My PT, Zack, is wonderful. He not only listens to your concerns, he includes you in your plan of care. The office is clean, well staffed and well managed. I could have chosen to go to PT closer to my home. I made the choice to drive farther to have Zack as my PT. I highly recommend the Natrona Heights office.

Great place to go if you need physical therapy. Every staff person there is friendly and professional. They are super accommodating with scheduling too. They helped me with a shoulder injury 2 years ago and I was able to rehab that shoulder to good as new. I have recently returned due to an injury with the other shoulder and have every confidence that it will be a successful rehab as well. Highly recommend.

Really nice clean, friendly place if you need Physical Therapy. Therapist and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Takes there time and answers all questions. No waiting.

I had shoulder surgery in December and started PT a few weeks late, in January, due to getting COVID over the holidays. I read reviews of PT businesses around and liked what people were saying about the office. Dr. Zack was great to work with and was very attentive to adjusting the program based on my pain, pace, and progress. He had a plan for every visit, and on a couple of occasions when I had a therapist filling in when he was out, or had assistants helping with my PT, it was obvious that this office has excellent communications, because everyone was up to speed on the plan and my progress. The “regulars” and subs all made me feel welcome and everyone in the office, whether working behind the desk or out on the floor, are all genuinely caring people. While I’m happy to have completed my program, and my shoulder is better than it’s been in almost 2 1/2 years, I’m going to miss seeing them every week!

P. S. They give out a free Phoenix PT T-shirt when you complete your program …and I’m happy to advertise!
