As usual I had a great experience. I was seen timely. Dr. Zellis is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She explains what she is doing and readily answers questions. Her assistant was also very nice and friendly.

After 2 horrible appointments at ANOTHER local multi-office dermatology practice which I won't mention here, Phoenixville Valley Forge Dermatology Associates was an excellent experience. They made it easy and convenient to fill out the paperwork on a portal in my own home. The check in process was met with 2 very friendly, smiling and happy front desk people, who knew what they were doing, waiting time was a minimum. The PA was knowledgeable professional. The doctor had a great bedside manner and was technically excellent. Dr. Motel addressed my concerns, didn't rush me through the appointment and was engaging. I highly recommend Dr. Motel and his office.

I have been seeing Dr. Zellis for quite a few years. I have a family history of skin cancer and get a checkup once a year. I completely trust Dr. Zellis with my skin check. The office personnel are very nice. I would highly recommend this practice.and recommend that we should all be getting our skin checked on a regular basis.

The doctor and the staff were very kind and caring. They explained everything that was going to happen. It made me feel more at ease. They all seemed to like their jobs.

I was taken back quickly and did not spend time in the waiting room. I also did not wait long for the Dr.to arrive for my regularly scheduled examination. Thorough exam but efficient!

Dr Pete Motel is wonderful to work with. He is patient with my 10 year old, and very knowledgeable.
